Some glitches but, overall, good services

The staff is always helpful but, this time, I found the service less than perfect. When I brought the car in for service I asked about the credit that I seemed to accrue and was told that I would get credit when I picked the car up. But when I picked it up there was no credit. I asked the woman why and she said I would need to ask the person who I checked in with. I asked him and it turned out that he thought i was referring to some kind of coupon and not the credit that I was notified about through email. So it took another ten minutes to get that straightened out, since he thought it would be fine if I just left it and asked for the credit next time. Also, when I got there no one was in the office to cash me out. That was, at least, another 5 minutes. While I wasn't happy about either of these issues, the staff was willing to rewrite the bill and give me the credit. I wouldn't recommend you to family or friends only because I never make recommendations to others.

Great Service

the sales person was on time and did not keep me waiting no more then 2 minutes. Kept me informed of the service that was being performed. Good job Ford Maxey.

Great Service Department

The service department was very attentive do the concerns in which I brought my vehicle in for service. There were additional items found while my vehicle (2011 Ford/Escape) was in for service and my car is running as if it were new!!

Great service

The service team assisted us in resolving a problem with the car's transmission and helped us secure assistance from Ford in resolving the problem and making the repair. It was much appreciated and the attention to customer needs was off the charts.
