Great service"
2000 Ford Focus drive belt broke at 4:20. Was given a ride home by 5:00 dealer had an estimate and indicted the car would be ready the next day. The next day the car was ready and cleaned. the estimate was spot on. Very satisfied When it is time to buy a new Ford will be back.

Mike was very helpful and the service was timely. My only complaints are with the cost of the extra quart of oil and my expired rebate card, both of which were not in his control.

As soon as I pull up to the service department, before I can blow my horn for them to open the door it's opened and a representative from the service department is right there at the door to take my vehicle and get everything started for me. Keep up the good work Art and Mike.
