Very professional and courteous staff.

I brought my leased 2013 Ford Fusion in for oil change and rotation of tires on Monday, February 23, 2015. The service was very courteous and professional. This is my second leased Ford from Bob Maxey and this my fourth year as a customer. The 2013 Ford Fusion is the best car I have ever driven (and I once owned a 1996 Lincoln Continental). I am, however, somewhat surprised that after only 27,000 miles on Goodyear Eagle tires that they had to be replaced, even though I brought the car in for timely rotations. I did not expect this high costly expense at all. The staff showed me the wear tread on the tires.

Great Services

The guys at Bob Maxey does a great job helping me maintain my Mustang. I didnt buy the car from them but i wouldn't take it Anywhere else to have service done. This was only my second visit, but i felt so welcomed when Mike remembered me from the first time i was there. Mike told me my windshield wipers were going bad and recommended new ones, he even used some of my reward points to lower my total. Great service, looking forward to seeing the guys next time i come in for Maintenance.

I love the Ford Explorer and have since I first saw it at the Auto Show way back when it was first introduced! Like a car, yet it's a truck that is more than just covered on the back. Could it be more perfect!?! The 2015 version is quite an update to my 2003, that I loved for 12 years! Ford Motor Company does a nice job with the designing, quite classic, real nice. Everyone at Bob Maxey is always so well mannered and helpful! Keep up the great training that you are doing with your people! Thank you for a wonderful experience purchasing my 2015 Dark Side Explorer, I love it!
