Mike, was very helpful and efficient. He's honest and truthful; when he tell me something it is always what he says no surprises.

Great Customer Service

The service representative, Arthur was extremely helpful, honest and made it clear that I was valued as returning customer. It was obvious that Arthur thought of Bob Maxey as way to fulfill the needs of customers. I waited in the customer lounge and enjoyed a fresh, hot cup of coffee and other customers waiting gave the same conclusion. Mark O'Brien, Sales Consultant for Used Vehicle is remarkable. I met him for the first time. He makes it seems like he just having a general conversation to earmark what your transportation needs may be. He is an effective salesperson who seems to cares greatly about customer satisfaction.

Easy, Stress-Free!

Easy, stress free experience--as usual. It was great to get an upgraded vehicle for a lease payment $20/month less than our old lease. We told Jason Anderson that we wanted another Ford Escape but with all wheel drive and he put it together for us. Thanks!

Great Sales and Service

Great Customer Service

Quick service, personal attention (write up person always greets with smile) I requested tea while waiting in waiting room and service rep told me that the next time I come he would make sure that he had tea, and he did as promised. I was very impressed that he not only listened, but that he did what he said he would do. Cashier very professional as well as personal. I enjoy my visit every time I go for oil change, that's why I only go to this dearlership now. Also, the young gentlemen that does the courtesy rides is also professional and accommodating. I did not buy my vehicle from this dearlership, but next time I will.

Clean facility

The service we receive is always clean, confident, convenient, service personnel always check for warranty work. The shuttle to work is fast and timely. Mr. Maxey consistantly supports our neighborhood events.
