Great Service!
I appreciate the service staff being so prompt in notifying me of the repair issues of my vehicle. I had an oil change and concerns with my battery. Walt explain everything in detail. I had to buy a new battery and I purchased it from Maxey Ford because I knew I was getting a good deal and good battery. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Excellent service; very clean; professional person
The very prompt manner in which I was greeted upon arrival and the expert way in which the problem was diagnosed. Also, the customers' waiting room and very clean and pleasant and there is hot coffee available.

Friendly salesman (Mark O'Bryant) who listened to what I wanted as opposed to trying to sell me what he wanted to sell. Took the time to show me all of the amenities included. Responded to questions after sale was completed.

My salesperson was AMAZING. Derrick Johnson delivered superb customer service. He let me explain what I wanted and worked hard to find me the vehicle of my dreams. He was always available when I needed him. I would definitely purchase from him again and have already been referring people to him. When I arrived to pick up my Explorer, it had been detailed to perfection and fully gassed up and ready to go. I was beyond thrilled!

Deception & Incompetence
I was sold a vehicle that did not have the technology that was shown to me in the previous vehicle. There was no explanation that I was not going to have this hands free liftgate. I volunteered to accomodate the errors they made in the paperwork and still the car is not in my name. I'm making payments and I'm not sure if I am the owner. The salesman would not keep the car after I informed him of my dissatisfation, at least until they could get me the correct vehicle. I'm beginning to think the new slogan should be: THINK FORD FIRST, CUSTOMERS LAST!
