Great advice from salesman

My salesman suggested I get the tire insurance and I used it to get a new tire. There was no charge. Thank You Mr. Bennett!

Great service, Saturday hours

1. Art & Mike are the BEST in service. 2. I like the prompt van service to get to the office when I drop my car off for service. 3. I like Saturday service hours.

Superb Service

I visited the service dept. with less than 2 hours before closing. I explained my battery problem and though they were running short on time, I was taken in, my car was serviced without any hassle, battery tested and replaced..no problem. Loved the GREAT customer service.

Above and Beyond

Derrick Johnson and Zach Anderson provided excellent service and were very helpful. These guys always go above and beyond for not only myself, my mother and my first year driving son.

Bob Maxey dealerships have always been excellent with service. I have always had a good experience in dealing with Mr. Alvin Taylor. When I had a major financial problem, your company was very willing to work with me. I recently leased my fourth Ford Fusion and am extremely pleased. Great new car buying experience

Dennis Bradford was great. He has sold us over a dozen cars and he is always helpful low pressure and knowledgeable. He's the best car guy I have ever worked with. Also Eddie Geha was quite helpful.

Outstanding Customer Service

Always under promise and over deliver on time and service cost. Never feel like you are trying to squeeze every bit of cash out of me like some dealers and have a long term perspective of a true customer relationship. While in the waiting room, I observed a women who likely did not know much about cars, and when I overheard the service rep say you don't need tires just yet and can get by until possibly next fall, that told me about your honesty and integrity, which builds trust in your service and likely makes me a long term customer. I have had some problems with the 2011 Ford Escape I purchased in June and every time your service department handled the matter expeditiously and was very sensitive to not keeping me waiting for very long. I want to especially complement Mike Gilmore who has been my service advisor and who provides me with outstanding customer service every time. Thank you Bob Maxey Ford, keep up the good work.

fast service

I did not have a long wait to be serviced. My salesman always let the service department know what my concerns are about my auto such as what is the problem(s), how long will it take to make the repairs and will transportation be provided if needed.

Professional service in a timely manor. The service personal were very friendly and helpful. I will be returning for car maintenance and repairs when necessary. I will also consider this establishment when replacing my current vcar.
