I had a wonderful experience with Frank Boucher Kia. Tim Nyquist, my sales representative, made sure I felt comfortable and happy with my choice. He truly listed to what I was looking for and made sure to go over all of my options. He did not pressure me or make me feel incompetent like other dealerships have. I plan on doing business with him and Boucher Kia for the for the rest of my life and car buying needs!

Both Nick and Kerri were wonderful to work with. Nick was very knowledge and honest with it came time to choosing my new VW, and Kerri made the financial process a breeze. I am very happy with the sales service provided at Boucher VW. I went back three times in one week test driving three different models of VW. Darrell was always helpful and took the time to explain the features in the different vehicles. There was no sales pressure, just effective follow-up on each of the visits. Third visit was the charm and I found a vehicle I am very happily driving today.

We did not end up buying from this dealer, as they did not have color/options we were looking for, but they answered all questions immediately. They were helpful, and never pushy.
