The salesman and manager were very friendly.

The salesman and manager were very friendly. There was no high pressure sales tactics and all costs were covered in negotiations. It was easy to work out a deal on the car I wanted. I would definitely consider doing business with them in the future

Was told over the phone that they knew what the problem

Was told over the phone that they knew what the problem with my car was. Dropped it off and 3 days later they tell me there’s nothing they can do. Got a $160 bill for them not actually fixing anything.
