We bought a certified preowned Equinox from Frank Boucher

We bought a certified preowned Equinox from Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine this past weekend. Our salesperson, Dior, was such a pleasure to work with! She sent a great video of the car before we made the 1.5 hour drive to the dealership. This was a personal touch we really appreciated. The general manager, Chris, checked in with us a couple times when we were there and was also very kind. The atmosphere at this dealership is low pressure compared to other dealerships we have worked with in the past. Everyone was courteous and helped us wrap up the sale quickly so we could get back on the road again. All around great experience!

I had an issue with the initial sale. Chris listened to my complaint, which was addressed and handled quickly, efficiently and Professionally. I brought my Mom’s ‘98 Cadillac DeVille in to have a window switch replaced. The part is no longer available and the technician was able to repair the existing part. I feel they went above and beyond in making this repair! Great job!
