Took truck in for two new tires with four working

Took truck in for two new tires with four working pressure sensors. had to buy a new one because they said one was broke off in the tire. I assume they broke it off taking the tire off the rim and wouldn’t own up to it.

Everyone is nice but an hour and a half for a oil change

Everyone is nice but an hour and a half for a oil change seems long. Then I leave and once I get home I watch the video that was made. The mechanic offered recommendations such as replacing the air filer and testing for a leak. But I was already gone and now to do those things I need to come back again. It should have been offered to replace these things as they do they job to save time.

Had an oil change.

Had an oil change. Everyone was courteous and professional. I liked the short video they sent to my phone showing the the results of their undercarriage inspection.
