I bought a 2021 XTS and it has been in the shop for broken seat, trunk not working, engine light, and now I’m going back for my radio and my trunk won’t open by light underneath the car. I only had it a year and they won’t give me a new car at the rate I am at so sad.

He and his team go out of their way to make sure everything is done correctly. You will NOT find another dealership with the kind of service you get from them.
