I bought a 2021 XTS and it has been in the shop for

I bought a 2021 XTS and it has been in the shop for broken seat, trunk not working, engine light, and now I’m going back for my radio and my trunk won’t open by light underneath the car. I only had it a year and they won’t give me a new car at the rate I am at so sad.

I was impressed with my service representative.

I was impressed with my service representative. He addressed my car needs, I was escorted to the waiting area, he kept me informed on my wait time. I was overall satisfied with the service I received.

I have bought several cars from this dealership over the years and the one thing that has kept me coming back is the service department ran by Martin. He and his team go out of their way to make sure everything is done correctly. You will NOT find another dealership with the kind of service you get from them. I also want to mention the ladies in the office are just wonderful. I enjoy going there.

Brought my car in for the recall. When I made my appointment I told them to change the oil. They called and said my front light was out . They quoted a price and replaced the light. All done professionally! Thank you Cadillac for great service!
