Don’t buy a used car from here

My car was in very bad shape within the second week of having it. Took a very long time to return my call, and was very rude

Overall service was horrible

These people put me into a car and took me out of it less than a month later .. they harassed me on a new finance options once I left the dealership Which was absurd. I did everything these people asked me to do and they still literally gave up on me because of shortcomings on their end. Once I returned the vehicle the sale rep told me that “I should be Grateful that I was getting my down payment back” which also was beyond me . Once the deal reversed they started to have very poor customer service towards me . I’m still waiting on my $2000 refund from them . Steve in finance told m that my funds would be back into my account affective immediately . I have yet to receive my refund .

Staff is prompt with appointments, courteous and welcoming. Great services and clean facility. The service department was very knowledgeable about services they offered as well.

John Taylor the manager was great! All my family members buys here and we use the services department for our Ford and Lincoln vehicles. Best place never disappoints.

Great staff!!

My buying process was fast and to the point!! Absolutely love my Lincoln!! My salesman was very knowledgeable and gave me options even though I have challenged credit.

My sales person name is Andre very excellent sales person caring patient knowledgeable professional funny he is the best sales person I’ve had in a long time I wish I had the money to buy a car every week from him

Martin Lewter set up my service appointment and had Tim from Service pick up my vehicle at my home. My vehicle was repaired and returned the next day. Excellent customer service and I was kept informed with the process. I appreciate the great customer service that my vehicle and I received.
