Excellent customer service. Martin Lewter set up my...

Excellent customer service. Martin Lewter set up my appointment and had my vehicle in for repair within a day. I was kept informed on the repair work and my vehicle was repaired correctly. I was given a loaner vehicle which I appreciated. All of this was done during the Christmas holiday which was even more hectic but this dealership came through.

I came to Napleton & Andre Green cared for me like...

I came to Napleton & Andre Green cared for me like family. Had some problems & it took a month to get my car, but they were resolved & Andre kept me informed during the whole process. I Love my new 2021 Corsair. Also thanks to John Tyler & Ken Hooks for their help. Denise E Michaux

The service department is the best. They take there time to explain everything. I highly recommended Napleton Lincoln service. John and Leeann really are wonderful

Great customer service! Tim Bales provided outstanding...

Great customer service! Tim Bales provided outstanding customer service. He arranged an appointment for the day I called and kept me informed about progress of the repair. When it couldn't be completed that day he arranged transportation for me. Cadillac is running great again. I would not go anywhere else to have my car serviced.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. The oil change was so thorough I was highly pleased. Safety precautions were taken throughput the entire building. Who knew an oil change could be such a pleasant experience, very pleased

Great customer service with the repairs needed for my vehicle. I was loaned a nice 2020 cadillac while my vehicle was being repaired. The technician was great at explaining the issues my vehicle was having.

Excellent Customer Service

In a nutshell... Received a recall letter from Ford Corporate offices in May 2020 about the recall of a major part on my car. I responded by e-mail and then by phone. Marlene the Administrative assistant was amazing, she went above and beyond to assist me. and steer me to the right person. Then there's Bob! Not only did I find out on the Ford Pass site that I had a total of three recalls they were included in the repairs on 5/20. Previous owner dropped the ball, I purchased my car used. From another dealer. Anyway, This guy Bob was honest, patient and his follow-up with me about how my service was going to be coordinating was excellent! Thanks
