Great experience. Nathan Read was able to answer all my questions and was excellent with follow up. When I picked up the car it had a red bow on top. Never in all of my years of car buying did I show up and have a car like that. It was just like the commercials. The little things go a long way! Thank you Nathan and Lexus!

While being aggravated with HERB CHAMBERS of Sharon we drove in to this dealership on a whim. I have never done business with them before. Within 45 minutes they located our RX 350 Sport EXACTLY the way we wanted it. In 2 days it is parked in our driveway. And I paid LESS than a quote from Herb Chambers . The Entire experience lasted 1 and a half hours TOPS !!!! The salesman Kyle was Excellent and the finance woman was Excellent as well. We were in and out So Fast I can't remember half the names of all the staff that helped us. HIGHLY recommend this dealership
