Long story short, my boyfriend totalled my prize possession and Nate is an awesome car salesman . My father and I spent months looking for my 2001 Toyota 4Runner, which we actually found at Doug Justice 4 years ago. After the wreck, I knew I couldn’t drive anything other than a Toyota. And I didn’t want it to be anything besides a 4Runner. A friend of mine knew Nate and suggested we go talk to him. My father and I were glad he was at Doug Justice since that’s where we had gotten my first 4Runner and we trusted them. From the second we met Nate, we liked him. We had some pretty specific requests and he listened and cared about each one. Anytime a new 4Runner came in, he’d let us know. The whole process took about 2 weeks and Nate was there every step of the way. He found us exactly what we wanted (another 4Runner) and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I never felt pressured to buy at any time and would recommend Nate and the dealership to anyone. Very thankful for my awesome experience!

Nate was an amazing salesman. He was concerned about my wants and lete test drive like 6 cars before we found the right one. The shoddy detail work on the car after it was bought and the fact that the first car I found was sold out from under me as I was waiting for financing can be over looked as the other qualities were very good.

Very happy with the way they treat customers. No pressure to buy. They want the best for you too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I usually don’t like dealerships because of they way some of them treat you. Not the case here.

This is such a great dealership. They don't pressure you at all. The cars are in great condition and very fairly priced. They were able to overcome my negative equity trade in and get me the vehicle i wanted at the payment i needed, with a warranty and gap coverage to spare. Nate was helpful from the very first phone call and was prepared to show us the two makes of cars we were considering. He was not overbearing but answered questions that we had in a knowledgeable manner. He missed lunch to make certain both cars were prepared in anticipation of our purchase. He made the check out process quick and painless.

Mike was awesome. He made an effort to help me find the right car and even stayed over to get my car financing squared away. So far so good! The lot was very clean and we were able to browse at our leasure. They have the Carfax ready in the glove boxes which was nice as well!

Car shopping is always stressful. I visited quite a few dealerships and was dreading my next stop, but Doug Justus was a no pressure experience. They let you drive the car alone, scroll through cars online or in the lot alone, and check in periodically to see if you need anything. While I am only a few days into my purchase, if you know what you are looking for and ask the right questions, you shouldn't have any issues. Nate has been great before and after my Subaru purchase and the lady (forgot her name... Sorry) in finance was really sweet. Thanks!
