My vehicle started having performance issues with an

My vehicle started having performance issues with an intermittent 'check engine' light. On inspection at the dealership, it was determined that there was a faulty pump. My visit was on a Friday, and I was leaving on a business trip the following Monday morning. The service rep was able to find a replacement part and schedule my repair on ealrt Saturday. Everything was corrected before my Monday trip. Awesome service!

My wife went in for an oil change with a $59 coupon and ended up being charged $160 for the oil change. I feel like she was taken advantage of.

I took my van in for work due to a recall.

I took my van in for work due to a recall. They were dishonest with me and told me it would take 90 minutes. After 2 hours they informed me it would take 3 hours or more. I had no way to get home was forced to take a rental. By the time they finished my van was there 7 hours. I had to go back the next day to pick up my van and rearrange my schedule. They have poor communication skills never once explained why it took so long and never once said they were sorry for all the problems they caused me. If they had sent me a survey I would of given them an F.

Eric is one of the best sales people I've ever met.

Eric is one of the best sales people I've ever met. Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Eric, I would recommend working with him 10/10!

Like savages waiting for you to get out of vehicle.

Like savages waiting for you to get out of vehicle. Car was filthy and very scratched and dinged up. Interior filthy and still 3k higher than competition of same year and mileage. Could not take a test drive without a salesperson in the back seat. Not cool!

Very disappointed in working with this dealership.

Very disappointed in working with this dealership. We were misinformed on a recent purchase of when the car was actually put in service. This affected the new car warranty, Jeep Wave membership and Sirius/XM trial period. We asked numerous times prior to purchase for confirmation on the actual service date and would we receive the full new car 36 month/36K warranty. Repeatedly told 'Yes' you will get the full complete service. After purchase, we signed up for an extended Mopar warranty and found out car warranty has already started almost 7 months prior and only 28 months remained. Called dealership and salesperson back numerous times and have not received any resolution. Salesperon admitted that we were indeed told that the warranty would be the full 36 months/36K, as this is 'what he was told by his team' and said he would speak with management to see if they could provide a resolution. No resolution and they no longer return my calls/text. Also, car did not have owners manual when we picked it up and was promised an owners manual would be sent in the mail. It has now been almost three months and have not received the manual. Continue to check in with dealer and get no response. In addition, this car was purchased outright and we have numerous issues with getting the title and registration on the car due to misinformation and poor execution by the dealership. Bottom line, I would not recommend working with this dealership. Have purchased numerous cars in my lifetime (many Jeeps) and this was Not a good experience.
