Excellent Service

My husband and I worked with Margaret Puzanowska to purchase our vehicle and she was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and we recommend her highly.

Waste of day

Horrible car dealership! I traveled over 1.5 hours to see them based on prior discussions about a car I was interested in. When I got there, the car was barely washed and the condition of the car was NOT as described. I asked if the car's rims had road rash and the sales person said he personally walked around the car and said no may a one or two small spots. When I looked at the car all 4 rims had 80% road rash. The sales people are SLOW and PUSHY. Avoid Justin..typical sales person and a liar. He lied about the cars condition and the amount of trade in for my vehicle. WORST dealership experience EVER. From an Acura dealer I would have expected much more.

No one ever followed through

I have contacted this dealership on several occasions. I initialized engagement via through my Cars.com app then followed up through email, then called and even filled out a financial application and still no reply? Is there a shortage of people working there or am I just not business that is wanted?

Bring it on Down to Napleton Kia

Vince Balachia at Napoleon's Kia of Elmhurst is the reason my family regularly considers disowning me! Here?s the backstory: I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, so my DNA is imprinted with the ?Big 3?. I must also confess that my grandparents worked for Chrysler and my dad currently works for Ford. Still, I absolutely love driving the Kia Soul and have been zipping around town in one model year or another since 2010. And, every one of them I have bought from Vince Balachia! Vince is a major factor in my loyalty to Kia despite any potential family conflicts. When I need a new ride, Vince is my go-to guy.

Excellent Customer Service

My experience at Ed Napleton's was great. As soon as we walked in the door I was able to test drive the car that I was interested in. They also let me put a fully refundable deposit on the car so I can take some time to think about the purchase. Sales Associate Theo Noor was a great help giving all the information on the car and General Sales Manager Ken Montijo and Justin Storr gave me a great deal on the car. I would definitely buy another car from Ed Napleton's.

Best Customer Service!

Ask for Vince!!! I typically do not like going to the car dealership. After meeting with Vince and John, it totally changed my mind! They really only cared about making me happy and getting me the car that I wanted. I was limited on what I could pay, but really wanted to get the Kia Optima and they did what they could to get if for me. They weren't pushy at all and no gimmicks! They even sent someone to get me the car from Calumet City the same day. Now that's service! I would definitely recommend people to buy from them. You know you will get exactly what you ask for. Thanks Elmhurst Kia!

great service

Ask for pawel!! I would definately recommend this place, i recently bought an Acura mdx and I'm very happy with my purchase, just exactly what i had expected in overall. Pawel was very helpful, his service was excellent.

Very positive experience

I had a very positive experience at Napletons Kia. I was not planning on leaving with a new vehicle and I did. My sales rep and finance worked with me on my payment and trade in and it was a seamless transaction. I'm loving my new car and would definitely recommend Ed Napleton Kia to friends and family

Painless

While workibng with Dan he said that this experience shouldn't be like a trip to the dentist. Sure enough I found the perfect ILX for me. Very satisfied with everything and can't believe I get free car washes as long as I own my car!!!
