I had the best team on my side!!
We went to Elgin KIA and all of the 2022 Kia Seltos were sold THAT day! The last one was sold just an hour before I got out of work, so my boyfriend and I searched and Elmhurst had the car I wanted in stock! We set an appointment, drove 30 minutes, and the rest was history. Kyle was incredible through the whole process. Nate was fantastic during the final finance part of the deal and Marvin was great helping me set up all the features in my car waaay past the time of closing. It was a very long process, but it wasn't terrible and I appreciate everyone in that team for helping me leave happy with the car I wanted!!!

4 Star 2nd Time Was Better
**MODIFIED REVIEW** First off Disa is the real deal. She is PERFECTION! This company needs to give her a raise, bonus and free car. She went above and beyond for me. When I first went in the store it was not a great experience tried to sell me on a 59K MSRP car for 72K. Added all the "optional" add ons and a market rate adjustment. It was like a 25-27% markup. I called before I went in to confirm pricing. No where did they tell me there was an adjustment. I even flat out asked if there was. So I went in and book they shocked me with the price. I left after 30+ minutes of talking with them. I got call from Disa and she explained how sorry she was about my poor experience. We had several emails and texts back and forth. They were really trying to make right by me as they understood my frustrations. Two days later I ended up giving them a second chance. They did right by me. I ended up walking in signing on the dotted line and got the car with some great extras. I only took off the 1 star because of the first bad experience but they did come a long way making it up to me. Matt, Wade, Disa, Nate, Martin they all get 5 Stars ! The second time was the charm and I am very happy with the outcome.
