**MODIFIED REVIEW** First off Disa is the real deal. She is PERFECTION! This company needs to give her a raise, bonus and free car. She went above and beyond for me. When I first went in the store it was not a great experience tried to sell me on a 59K MSRP car for 72K. Added all the "optional" add ons and a market rate adjustment. It was like a 25-27% markup. I called before I went in to confirm pricing. No where did they tell me there was an adjustment. I even flat out asked if there was. So I went in and book they shocked me with the price. I left after 30+ minutes of talking with them. I got call from Disa and she explained how sorry she was about my poor experience. We had several emails and texts back and forth. They were really trying to make right by me as they understood my frustrations. Two days later I ended up giving them a second chance. They did right by me. I ended up walking in signing on the dotted line and got the car with some great extras. I only took off the 1 star because of the first bad experience but they did come a long way making it up to me. Matt, Wade, Disa, Nate, Martin they all get 5 Stars ! The second time was the charm and I am very happy with the outcome.

This is my 2nd purchase from Napleton in Elmhurst and the team is always fantastic! I traded my Range Rover for a Porsche with Marco. He was very fun and professional to buy from! I said it 2 years ago around this same time that I would come back and purchase from this dealer and location and I will do it again! They know how to make you feel valued and they have better used vehicle imports selections and deals than the actual makers once you do your research. This is the place to do business at and come home with a stylish new ride and a smile!

Horrible Place
Called and spoke to Ben about purchasing a 2015 Chevy Cruze (9995.00) 12/15/21. I told him I wanted to pay for the car and not finance it. Oh wow that’s great he says, we can absolutely get you in the car you want he says. We scheduled an appointment for 12/18/21 11-12. I noticed Thursday night that the car was no longer available so I called on Friday morning and was assured the car was still there but because I was looking through a 3rd party website (cars.com) they must’ve removed it. Didn’t make sense but ok whatever. Saturday morning my checkbook, my brother and I headed out to Ed Napelton’s car dealership. We’re early because that’s us. I walk through the door and I’m told there’s no Ben because he works in a call center…wait what???So I sit down with Christian (not sure if that’s how he spells his name) and was told the car I came to purchase was sold then he tried to show me another car that was $2000.00 more. He’s said it had fewer miles Lier Lier the cheaper car had 88k the other one had 97k. I asked if he could come down on the price and was told no. Wow really???? I broke down and cried right there in the dealership. I was mad as xxxx, but mostly I was hurt. You see I wanted to see my kids and grandkids for the holidays and I wanted to be at my son’s celebration for making Master Sergeant. Thanks Ed Napelton the old bait and switch didn’t work but it did screw me over……..BIG TIME

My whole experience was good My salesperson Angie was new but did her best to show me the car that I was looking for as well as trying to get it in decent condition for viewing.
