I will recommend this dealership for customer service
I will recommend this dealership for customer service only. Brought my 2023 Sportage in for 15k routine maintenence. I received an oil change, rotation, alignment/balance and filter change for $525 even with a $50 coupon after expressing my opinion about the exorbitant cost. To add insult to injury, the car wash was down so they couldn't even wash my car. Unfortunately, the reputation dealerships have with extreme service pricing continues. I will be going to my local auto shop for maintenance going forward.

Completely dissatisfied!
I am completely dissatisfied with the work of the mechanics at the car service center. The first time, after changing the oil, the workers did not reset the oil life level. The second time, the workers did not tighten the screws on the wheel, which put me in danger while driving. And I had to return to the service to fix it. I was not provided with a free pass for the next inspection. And they also didn’t return the money I paid for replacing the wheels.

If you don't want to be scammed, look away!!!
Look away! It is a total waste of time. Their online prices are just hooks. They will add a $2000 safety check, clean, restore, or whatever they called fees on any listing price you see online. In addition, they will add other $2000 service packages to your out-of-the-door prices.

I got to say my experience was absolutely phenomenal. I went in just looking but ended up driving home a new Acura Integra. Francisco wasn't pushy and well composed, worked within my budget. As myself coming from previous sales experience I would recommend Francisco to anyone. Thank You!
