Colorado Autotrek Review I have purchased a few vehicles...

Colorado Autotrek Review I have purchased a few vehicles from these people over the years, and so I thought I could trust that relationship, it had gone well before. I won’t mention the names of the people that I have dealt with there. I will say this however. I recently found myself in a bad situation, just some of those things that life will throw at you unexpectedly, and at this particular moment in time my resources were scant. I had gone through a series of thousand dollar cars trying to avoid credit. Firstly my credit was not very good and secondly I really didn’t want to deal with any payments on anything at that point. They did manage to get me a loan at an interest rate that wasn’t terrible, and believe me at the time that was very welcome because it could’ve been much worse. I had this vehicle for approximately 30 days, when all three catalytic converters burned out of it and it wouldn’t run. I had no idea it had three, or indeed what the problem was. I Called the dealership and spoke with my salesperson there and was pleased, surprised, and grateful that they gave me a loaner car and repaired the issue. It was less than 30 days later, when the engine blew. I was very unhappy and quite distressed. I was out of town on a stretch of road that doesn’t have a lot of assistance available. I called my sales person at the dealership and they said that they would take care of it. They sent a tow truck, and gave me a loan car again and I was very pleased and grateful again if not mildly distressed that it had done badly twice. I had purchased the warranty on the sales representatives recommendation So it was covered. The then dealership decided that they would sell me another vehicle, much the same as the first, but this is where it gets interesting. I was probably not in the proper state of mind, many things had happened and I was in need of a vehicle and I had no reason to distrust. I purchased the car that they had available that was within my means, and trusted that everything would be alright. What’s that old saying caveat emptor? I will say that I had the most unsettling feeling that there was something not quite right with the staff or the salesperson or even the finance person that wrote the entire deal up. I just couldn’t place what it was, and it is entirely on me that I did not do my due diligence. It wasn’t until some months later and $2000 in repair bills, and when I was trying to sort out whether or not I could tow our camper with it that I discovered that all vehicles for sale of the same year make and model of mine were selling at half of what I had purchased mine for. My suspicion was that although they took the other car back and used the warranty that I purchased from them to sell the car to someone else. Then also got me to pay for both vehicles. That is my suspicion, based on I think sound and rational logic. I called to ask the owner about this and voiced my concerns, he said he would look into it and get back to me, that was several months ago. I don’t think I shall hear back. If my suspicions are ill founded, that would please me much more than believing what I have already proposed. Make of that what you want, I waited quite a long while to write this review because I don’t like posting these sorts of reviews at all. Best of luck.

Don’t waste your time or money!!!

They sell broken cars, and can careless. Once you make that purchase it’s “your problem” is what I’m told. Save your money and time. They will make the buying process so smooth but after it’s xxxx. One month and the car needs a whole new transmission!

Great staff, clean establishment, great cars.

When I went looking for a 2009 Subaru Impreza, it wasn't originally at this dealership. I'd called the one I was going to to confirm that it was still there. They said yes. I drove 38 minutes to get there only to find that they'd sold it 5 minutes before I got there and didn't call back to tell me despite my express wishes for them to do so. So, I sat down and looked for another Impreza in the area. That's when I found mine at AutoTrek. They let me in despite getting there 5 minutes before closing. They let me try out the car, and take it for a test drive. I decided to come back the following day to buy it. The best part? The ysaid they'd hold it for me for 30 minutes after I called. I got down there, the car was still there, and I took it home. AutoTrek is a good, professional looking establishment with great staff. I walked in, did my paperwork and headed out. No attempts at crazy up-sales, no giant hoops to jump through, and friendly, patient faces. Clean, professional, and forgiving to the arduous process of car buying: what more can you ask for?

Charlotte Spraggins - The Best in Customer Service

Charlotte Spraggins is by far the best of the best when it comes to customer service and going the extra mile. We have worked with her several times in the past year on purchases for other family members and will come back again the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. She worked seamlessly with the dealership to get me exactly the car I wanted and even checked into all of our financing options for us. I will NEVER go back to the “traditional” way of buying a car which is a giant hassle. Charlotte makes it pleasant and even fun!

Coating process

Pam is awesome I would deal with her at any time on any vehicle I ever need. My sister has dealt with Autotrek for over 25 years. She left at one time but returned back because of Angel and now will only deal with Pam as well. Great service
