Charlotte helped me find the car I was looking for. She’s a life saver! She worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to find me the car I was looking for. She kept me updated almost everyday. She kept sending me different pictures and links of the car I was looking for. Whenever I had questions and asked her, she was there all the time to make sure my questions were answered. I recommend her to anyone looking for a car and go through AutoTrek.

I was referred to Charlotte Spraggins at AutTrek by a friend who had just purchased a vehicle. She contacted me quickly, communicated level of service, and delivered on that! Purchase process - paperwork - was simple and all ready when I arrived. They even picked up the cost to Uber me for the vehicle pick up!!! Recommend this over the back and forth at a dealership.

I gave my car to my daughter as a gift and needed a new car. I was pre-approved on the way to Autotrek in Littleton, and Charlotte litteraly let me test drive a car within 20 minutes of arrival. The next day I signed loan documents, and received my gently used Acura super fast. Charlotte made my car buyin experience wonderful, fast, and friendly!! I will reccomend to family and friends!!

I want to give a big shout out to Jose Raya (in sales), along with Steve (in finance), for their outstanding service and attention to detail. I had previously used this dealership a few years ago, when I co-signed a loan for my son, when he was looking for a newer used car, and I was really impressed with their professionalism. So, as luck would have it, I was recently in the market for a newer used car for myself. I was in search of a particular make, model, miles, engine size, etc. At first I started looking through craigslist, and other auto brokers, and was not finding what I was looking for (I was looking for something specific). Then I remembered that I had used AutoTrek before, and decided to check out their web page, to see if they had what I was looking for in their inventory. Low and behold, there was the car I was looking for. I still had Jose Raya’s phone number in my phone from a few years ago, so I gave him a call, and he was still working there, and advised me that they still had that car in inventory. Me and my wife went down that Saturday morning, took the car for a test ride, liked it, signed all the paperwork and we were out of there a little before 1:00 pm (painless and simple). Now there were a couple of issues that I asked to be addressed on the car (small matters, which they were happy to fix). Jose not only agreed to address those matters, but he agreed to have the car delivered to me the beginning of the week (which he did). I was really not looking forward to purchasing a car through a dealership, thinking that it was going to be al all day process (taking up my whole Saturday). However, Jose Raya, and Steve made this process as smooth as smooth could be. If you looking for a new or newer used car, ask for Jose Raya.

Went in to look at a specific vehicle and they were very helpful and easy to work with. Didn’t end up buying but they ended up buying my truck at a very fair price.

I carried my car to auto trek in Littleton to fix it and they didn’t do nothing!, and Jose is not a good worker!, he leí to me many times, I’m really disappointed with Autotrek!, really, really bad decision I made!!!!!!!!
