Apple Used Autos Shakopee

I recently bought another used Ford from Apple (3rd) since the previous 2 purchases were really solid vehicles. My latest is also looking solid, and I wanted to point out that the team there REALLY worked hard for me and stood behind their product. Apple has been there a long time and their commitment to satisfied customers is reasons they are. This is THE place to go. I'll be back for thr next car or truck. A real diamond in thr rough!

Let just say I would rather get my teeth pulled then have to go car shopping. Let’s just say I have never had a good experience with purchasing a vehicle. The second I walked in the door at Apple Auto Shakopee I was treated like royalty. Kevin and the rest of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about every service they offer and knew exactly what inventory they had available. I was connected with this dealer via KBB online. They recommended that I purchase my car at the end of my lease, and they agreed to turn around purchase it on the same day. I expressed that I was nervous since I wouldn't have the title in-hand, but they assured me that would not be an issue. After writing a check to purchase my vehicle at the end of my lease, I arrived at Apple Auto, at which time they lowered their price offer. I accepted, because I had no choice at that point. I waited in the lounge for about 20 minutes at which time I was told that my car could not be purchased because I don’t have the title. This was exactly my concern that they specifically reassured me about! So at that point I was stuck with a car that I had already paid for -- in addition to a new car I had already purchased -- with no way out for 4-6 months until the title cleared. They had no explanation and very little empathy. Shame on these guys!

I took my granddaughter to Apple Used Autos because of the large selection of used cars. We were not disappointed! She picked out the one she wanted and Scott wrote up the deal. Within a day or two, it became apparent there was a mechanical problem. Scott and Apple Used Autos went above and beyond our expectations and they were able to get the issue resolved and our granddaughter now has a car that she is very happy with. Very thankful for all the help Scott gave us and John Pfeiffer for getting the job done! If we are in need of a good used vehicle in the future, we will go to Apple Used Autos in Shakopee - even though it's a 3-hr. drive away!

I purchased a vehicle three weeks ago from a neighboring Chevrolet dealer in Shakopee. It turned out to be a poor choice because of mechanical issues. This dealer has ZERO day buy-back policy, always has - always will - no exceptions. I would have to wait until a suitable vehicle came in and make a trade. I took the vehicle to Apple Used Autos a block away. I was greeted by Scott Trebesch. We hit it off with a common interest in local stock car racing. I was treated in a friendly and helpful manner when I explained my situation. We looked at some vehicles in stock and when I found one of interest, he went to his manager and they worked out a good deal for me. I should mention that Apple has a 30 day buy-back policy!! Scott also gave me three books on the history of Raceway Park and Elko Speedway that were put together by his mother, who died about a year ago. These books include my three sons who raced stock cars at Raceway and Elko from about 1980 to 1992. They helped me recover from a bad deal and I highly recommend any of the Apple Auto Stores. I also have a 2015 Lincoln MKX purchased new at the Apple Valley store.

I called on this dealership to help me with something unrelated to the purchase of a vehicle. I was so impressed by their willingness to help me in whatever way they could, that I thought I'd see if they could help me into a replacement, as I was in the market. Long story short, I found a great car. The staff at Apple Used Autos is trustworthy, straightforward, and consistent in their dealings. Put this place on your short list if you need a set of wheels at a fair price from an organization that keeps promises.

The staff was very friendly and didn't push us into buying. They also made setting up financing very easy and went the extra mile and stayed after hours to ensure we got into the vehicle we wanted.
