Although I was unable to get to the dealership before the car I was interested in sold, I had great interest in their answering my questions, accommodating my schedule, and taking on several concerns I had about the car and their selling process. I have bought cars from several dealers over the years and have never experienced the sincere concern I received from the staff at Apple!

Felt like they really "took care" of us and made sure our sons first truck is everything it should be. They made sure everything was done before we brought it home.

This was the first time ever buying a vehicle from Apple Used Autos. From start to finish we were impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and quality of the dealership and it's employees. Our sales person, Carol, was outstanding as was the manager, Tim. We also needed some work done on our vehicle and the service department, with the help of John and his crew, were exceptional! We will be back!!!!

The vehicle I was looking for, was a Ford Escape. Apple Used Autos Shakopee had three excellent choices. I would have been happy with any of the three. After a day to think it over, I decided on the one I wanted. I picked it up the next day. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Salesman, Zack Leskela, was very helpful. I would recommend going to Apple Used Autos Shakopee.

I am a young woman and was looking for a more reliable car to get me to school and work. I commute a long way to school and am driving constantly so I need a good car at a reasonable price. You will not find prices like Apple Autos. I checked out several dealerships before them and their customer service and satisfaction goes above all. I was very skeptical buying a car in general, as anything can happen. They are not pushy, and very realistic. I will never buy from any other dealership again, and I can truly say that. From the managers to the sales associates, they have went above my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car at a great price. They treated me very equal compared to other buyers near me (considering I'm a young woman), they didn't take advantage of me and the whole process was stress free.

Long story short - I bought the above mention vehicle at Apple Used Auto on Saturday. The check engine light came on as I was driving home. I immediately contacted the dealership asap on the next open business day and informed them of my findings. Carol, the sales associate I was working with got in contact with Tom (forgot what his position was) and immediately they asked me to return to the dealership so they can assess the vehicle's problems. Once I arrived, they took care of me and my vehicle asap. I'm not a mechanic nor car savvy so I really didn't know what was wrong but throughout the whole repair process, Tom took his time to thoroughly explain and even showed me the parts that will be replaced or maintained. Tom was unsure how long the repair process will take so instead of us waiting, he gave me a rental and delivered my vehicle to me instead of me hauling 30-45 minutes back the dealer ship. Overall: I truly believe the individuals I worked with, Carol and Tom, master what customer service truly is. I felt comfortable from the moment I enter, till the moment I left. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and everyone. I'm truly happy with the vehicle thus far and the repair that has been done. Thanks a bunch Apple Used Auto

Rich was a so helpful and dealt with how picky I am very well. Chad the finance also worked with me and did great. I am so happy with the car I bought and will recommend anyone to go there! I live in Andover so I driver over 45 minutes just to buy from them!! They made it worth it :)

After having both of our vehicles totaled within two weeks, we were eager to find something safe for us and our four-month-old daughter. Having just moved and previously purchased our other cars for cash, we were hesitant to finance a new (used) car, but were worried about finding a car with great safety ratings, in good condition, and in our price range. We spent a whole day driving to dealerships all around the Twin Cities only to find cars needing a lot of mechanical work right-off-the-bat or dealing with pushy salespeople, leaving me in tears and feeling hopeless about finding anything that would work for our family. On the way home, out of desperation, we stopped by Apple Used Autos "just to see what they have" with no intention of purchasing anything. We were immediately greeted by Carol Madson, a self-proclaimed baby-lover and mother/grandmother. She immediately understood our safety concerns and vowed to help us find something we we would be comfortable with and (hopefully) by able to afford without financing. We looked at a few cars with Carol and another great salesman, Scott Trebesch, and ultimately fell in love with one slightly over our budget. Dejected, but knowing we needed to get this car for our daughter's well-being, we decided to finance some of the purchase. However, Carol, Scott, and Chad Thompson, the sales manager, worked with us and valued our trade in a way that we were able to stretch the cash we had to buy the car outright. We have so enjoyed driving our new car and know our daughter is safe and comfortable in it! While we have no intention of returning the vehicle, knowing they have a very reasonable return policy and warranty (at least on the particular car we purchased) gives me peace of mind. The non-commission sales and no-hassle pricing and trade-in valuing made the experience such a vast improvement over our interactions with other dealers. It will be a long time before we need to replace this car, but when we do, Apple Used Autos has just earned new customers for life!

Great experience all around, excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door! We had found a few cars online that we wanted to look at. The car that we ended up buying was at the Apple Valley location, but they promptly had it driven over so we could check it out. Trade-in value on our car was great, very reasonable! Rich and the financing guys were great!
