2005 chevrolet Silverado

Purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado. I can say that Matt as always gave me great service as this is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased with Matt. I had the truck for 3 days and the engine was making a knocking noise and the breaks went out. When I returned the vehical I was very discouraged with the truck. I must say the used car manager was at no help when I was ready to return this vehicle and reverse the contract. It was in the service department for over a week. I came in to pick the truck up when I was told it was ready. I requested a copy of the service provided on the truck,to be told the tech. was not finished or has not closed the ticket. I was treated very rudley from the service department manager as if I was a nucence to him. I have sence been treated very well with the service department and had a interior problem fixed by him at his cost. Thanks for the service.

Outstanding service

I purchased a 2012 Traverse from Tappahannock Chevy and from the beginning was extremely impressed. Elliott was the ultimate professional and made my car buying experience smooth and stress free. Highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to give these guys a call.

Not a happy customer

I purchased a 2010 Equinox from this dealership less then two months ago. It has been in there service shop TWICE already. I was talked into an additional warranty for $2800.00, which come to find out doesn't cover anything that could go wrong. The service department tells me that someone else has this same part wrong the past weekend. Funny how the SAME part goes wrong around the time its needed. "HEAT" Also was told that everything is checked before selling, so are you blaming me for something that has never been used by me and that I haven't even put on barely any miles on this vehicle since i bought it? I understand to locals its convenient to go to this dealership but a little longer drive might be worth it to you and your wallet.

Great service

I sent the dealership a e-mail on my concerns about high oil consumption in the first 3500 miles. I had to add 1qt of oil in 3500 miles. At the time of the first oil change by dealer the dipstick indicated engine had used or leaked another 1/2 quart of oil. As advised by the service department I will keep it checked.

Great service staff

Very polite service dept. Staff. Bryan Hodges always explains things to me in a way I understand. I am a retired banker and mechanical knowledge is not a natural ability for me.

Great ace to go

I have been pleased with service, they are very courteous, do their work to get you out in timely manner. Seem very knowledgable about their work. All and all great place and people. Feel good about taking my cars there.

Service Dept work., Oil, filter, lube, and rotate.

New 1st time Customer. Everyone was very friendly and courteous in the Service Dept. Work was performed in a timely fashion. Plan on having additional work done at a later time. Great group of people.
