Best car buying experience. Most communication was online or phone. Only spent about one hour at dealer. Very easy process.

Had a repair done in which everything went very smoothly from my initial phone call to me picking up my vehicle. The shuttle option was a lifesaver and the driver was extremely nice along with all that I came in contact with - Thanks Scott and James!

Felt that Sally really listened to what I wanted & made a real effort to see that I got it. She was also very good at explaining how things worked in my new car. She also reassured me that I could come back for any extra help.

I have been going to this dealership for over 20 years and have been VERY satisfied with their work which is WHY I`ve been going there for so long. They`re very competant and very friendly.

I had a broken right front wheel due to pothole damage. The dealership found a replacement and had the repair done the same day. Very good!!

Pleasant personalities when dropping off and picking up vehicle. Nice to have Car wash. The only one thing is just realized from previous visit where tires were rotated and balanced the caps to the tires are stripped and really a pain to get off now. Would have been nice to replace versus leaving on the stripped tire stem caps that were not that way before. This is the only thing I have noticed otherwise, very professional and a delight to deal with. I would recommend. Prices also seem fair on services.

BTW---I have already shared the experience and fulfillment that I did receive of the service rendered with this visit to my coworkers!! Was with CCRP for many years prior and had excellent service by them. I was truly amazed that that could ever be surpassed but has now done so with James & Gang!!!

Its nice to be treated like a real human being. Very well treated. and the minor work done was 1st. class!!

To put it simply, Ron, the salesman and Rick the finance man worked their butts off to get a deal done. We are extremely happy with our new car and will continue to go to McCarthys Auto World in the future

McCarthy is the best. I've bought three vehicles from them and referred my daughter. Only place I will go for vehicles. Mike "Boomer" is a great guy.
