I was checked in quickly by a very kind and professional genleman James. James called when me vehicle was finshed and explained what was done and made sure I called if I had further questions or concerns.

I appreciate the neat, clean, service area - and the friendly staff. I totally depend on the McCarthy people to care for my vehicle. So far I have not been disappointed! Thanks!

I recieved great customer service from your service dept. staff and my waiting time was shorter than expected.

I had an hour break from work, called to see if I could get an oil change. Staff were very accommodating and fit me in. My service (and sales) experiences have all been positive at McCarthy Autoworld. Staff are friendly and professional, and the facility is nice and clean.

I felt very confortable with the customer service person that took care of me. She addressed and resolved my warrenty concern.

Brought my car in because it went into reduced engine speed a short distance from dealership. They thought they could look at my car right away but after about an hour they offered for a shuttle driver to take me home and they would call me with what they found. Called me at about 8pm and then had the car ready at about 11:30am the next day
