Great service,low pressure sales, friendly people.

Being somewhat apprehensive about car dealers in general, I was totally pleased with all McCarthy personnel especially our sales rep Mel S. Even in ill health and terrible weather he tried to come in to accommodate our needs! Thanks!!

great service and employees are always helpful

Employees are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. We have worked with "James" in Service Dept. for years and he is wonderful

Exceptional service!

My wife and I purchased a new Buick Enclave from Sally Yozamp at McCarthy Auto World in Coon Rapids. Sally is an EXCELLENT sales person, and we continue to go to her for all of our automotive needs. We did, however, have a "rattle" in the car as soon as we drove it off the lot and returned it twice to have the noise repaired. Both Sally and Scott, the Service Manager at McCarthy's, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was given a car to drive while ours was being serviced and I was called when the car had been serviced. After two days, both Scott and Sally called to ask me if the noise had been taken care of. It had, and I've had no trouble since. Both my wife and I love the Enclave and we've shared our positive experience with several other people. Marc Weis, the manager of the dealership, has done an excellent job working with his employees, and his leadership shines through everyone associated with the business. We are WELL PLEASED!

John in sales was great!

I did a lot of online shopping for my car and finally found it at McCarthy Auto World. I haven't had the best of luck with other dealers getting back to me but John called and emailed me back right away. His description of the car was spot on and was a great to work with. I have already sent in a co-worker. Good people to work with!

Good sales research and search for desired vehicle

Our salesperson was Sally Yozamp, who contacted us via an internet request we submitted for an Acadia. Email communication with her and continued determination on her part to find an Acadia with the features we requested resulted in the purchase of a 2013 Acadia. Sally was efficient, thorough, pleasant, and informative through the sales process and at the closing. She has continued to follow up to be sure we are satisifed.

Great Service!

It took about a week to fix our car. Every day we received a phone call letting us know what was going on. The car was in great shape when we picked it up. Everyone at Wally McCarthy is very nice and professional.

Great Experience

Bryan was great to work with. Wanted the sale but was not pushy and laid out all options to us. It was a very fair and pleasant sales experience.
