Wanted to wait a month to make sure everything was that easy and it was! Zora helped me with a trade in and sold me a great car! I found the exact car I was looking for in such a clean condition. A warning light did come on shortly after I bought it and I called them and they were willing to service the car to make it right. Come to find out it was my mistake by putting in the wrong gas and it is running great. The buying experience is much different and may make you wonder but I found them to be easygoing and accommodating. I will return to help my kids to buy cars when they are ready. I financed from them as well and found them just as easy and fair. If you cringe at the process of buying a car, try them because there is no pressure. Thank you ZRV!

I was looking for a decent used Mazda Miata when I stumbled across ZRV Auto. When I read previous reviews I was encouraged, but wondered if they were simply too good to be true. I mean, how many people actually have positive used car buying experiences? I'm please to report that ZRV lives up the previous claims of quality cars and quality customer service. To begin with they offered a free carfax report which gave me the information I felt I needed before contacting them via email. Within a 24-timeframe I had received a phone call from Zora to setup an appointment to see the car. The office was easy to find and well maintained and the car looked just as I had from pictures on the website. The purchasing process was relatively painless and I felt like I was receiving a very fair price. Unfortunately, the day after I had purchased the car the A/C had stopped working and the check engine light had come on. However, living up to their reputation for quality customer service Zora was happy to take the car back and have the repairs made free of charge. It was refreshing to have someone in this line of work truly take responsibility for the product they are selling and value the long-term relationship with the customer. Highly recommended!

Zora and ZRV went above and beyond what is expected from a dealership. We recently purchased a used AUDI A3 from them for our 17 year old son. We did not purchase any "cooling off period" contract. About 20 minutes after driving off with the Audi, my son calls me and says a "check engine light" is going on and the car went into a limp mode. We called Zora, and he told us to bring it to his body shop. He proceeded to pay to have the gas pedal and an electronic indicator replaced at his cost. After we picked up the car from the body shop, another sensor immediately broke and again the car went into limp mode. We called Zora, and he was so apologetic, he offered to drive out to our home in Trabuco Canyon, pick up the car, and get it fixed at his cost. We just picked up the car and all is great. They also fixed a small dent in the car and replaced a door lock that was getting stuck. Zora and his brother are upstanding business men and I have the utmost respect for how they conduct business. I will absolutely refer friends and family to them for life. Thank you ZRV!

I was in the market to buy a mid-size SUV and came across this dealership. I drove down to go to see car and arrived at a office complex and no one was in the alleged office. I called them to see if I was at the right place and was told they had stepped out and would be back shortly. I waited for over 20 minutes and was told twice by the owner that they would be there shortly, but yet again it took them 20 minutes to show up! When they showed up I had to wait for the cars to be pulled out. I should not have to wait for so long to see a vehicle.
