I waited more than a full year to write my review. Now, I must say that I am extremely happy with my VW 4- Motion Wagon. Zora was very accessible and made the buying process very easy. He even delivered the car to me in Los Angeles after having it detailed. It's running strong and I would definitely buy from him again.

I am doing a quick 3 month follow up to my buying experience with ZRV auto. We are still so pleased with our purchase that I can't say enough positive comments for ZRV auto. It is always worrisome buying a used "as is" car from anyone and I have to admit this was our first experience purchasing a used vehicle. We did have an issue that we knew about right away and Zora and his team made sure we were 110% happy and satisfied and he would not stop until I was taken care of! Such a super experience and I know my husband and I will call Zora w/o hesitation if we need to buy another used car! For now we will just keep telling everyone of our positive experience ! Was well worth the drive from San Diego!!!!!!! Thanks Zora and everyone at ZRV auto!!!!!

After visiting several used car lots and dealing with car salesmen who definitely fit the dishonest stereotype...ZRV was such a pleasant surprise. I was treated with respect and the whole experience was so easy. I found the car online and set up an appointment with Zora. He never pressured me to do anything, he only provided information so I could make an informed decision. He even made sure to point out a little glitch on the bumper, which I had seen but wasn't concerned. The fact that he made sure to show me the problem instead of avoid it gave me confidence in his integrity. I was a bit concerned at one point because I wasn't allowed to have the car inspected by my mechanic. I was told he was too far away. Zora suggested a local mechanic, which sent up red flags for my husband. Of course he's going to suggest a mechanic, it's probably someone he knows and will give you a glowing report regardless. After discussing this with Zora we agreed that I would research local mechanics and pick one for the inspection. When I checked online I found that the mechanic he had suggested was the highest rated mechanic in Brea...that was huge. This guy wasn't trying to pull anything over on me - he was steering me in the right direction. We got the car inspected, it passed with no issues, and we completed the deal. I have already told my friends about ZRV and if I ever need another used car...they will be my first choice. Zora, you're the best!

A fantastic experience. I found the car I liked on this website and I made an appointment to see this specific car. They had it ready for me to test drive when I arrived. We made a deal, and then started the paperwork. I graded the buying process only as good, NOT because ZRV did anything, but I HATE paperwork with a passion. ZRV was fantastic. Exceeded my expectations. If any of my friends ask I will be telling them what an easy experience this was. If you don't want the typical hassles of a car dealer, check ZRV's inventory and see if you can work out a deal. They were great with me.

I have been in the market to purchase a used pre-owned vehicle and as I was searching for my desired car I came across ZRV Auto. I would like to make it clear that the sales representatives I dealt with were nice individuals and provided good customer service. However, here were my concerns with this particular dealership, which resulted in me in not pursuing with a sale: 1. They did allow the car to get inspected, but the process was not simple. I had to take it to a local mechanic because they advised me that the car could not be transported to my mechanic and the inspection had to only be performed by a local mechanic shop. 2. Scheduling a test drive was challenging. Their availability to show cars were extremely limited. 3. The facility address listed on their website is not where they have their cars stored. There is no signage on the facility indicating the location. Their location is in a huge storage depot with no proper signage or indication of a dealership. 3. I asked for a CARFAX and I was told I could locate it on the website. When I accessed the website to view the CARFAX I was not able to as the link was disabled and I had to pay for it.

This is without a doubt one of the best dealerships in Orange county. It is definitely worth your time to check them out if you are looking for a used car. They were so kind and polite, and very helpful. They didn't pressure us at all. The car we bought was perfect and in very good condition. They gave us a great deal on our very rare turbo diesel mercedes benz. Highly recommended.
