CIA Autoplex

I purchased a 2012 Infinity G37 from CIA Autoplex this past July from Cliff, but CIA Autoplex was not the first place I looked for a vehicle. I started searching in May and did not purchase one until July when I looked at CIA. I bought my car on the first day I looked there. The other car dealerships did not treat me in the way CIA Autoplex did. They appeared to careless that I was a human and was more interested in numbers. Questions were not answered, and it appeared that only a deal was wanting to be made. I have lived in the area and have heard often that the cars on this lot were always of high quality, serviced well, and were like new on the inside and out. For anyone that has driven by, you can recognize clearly that this is an immaculately kept facility, the arrangements of vehicles are spectacular, and the vehicles do appear to be in excellent condition. I found all of this to be true and no longer something just heard. What a surprise to find a place that is the top across the board in all aspects of the business. Upon test driving the car, Cliff answered any question I asked with precise, direct answers, and never made me feel like he was unapproachable or that anything asked was silly. He seemed to be upfront and honest with everything. Even though we were discussing this after hours, he did not try to rush me in making this deal workout. Once the deal was made he turned me over to Jared, and he was kind and caring as well. He took his time to explain all of the paperwork to me and made sure I did not leave unaware or confused of anything that went on. Cliff told me (as he does all customers) if I ever needed anything to let him know, and he would help me. I have had a few occasions to need him, and he did not hesitate to answer my question or help me with whatever it was. He has held true to his word. I thank him for that. In today's society it is sometimes hard to find someone that honors their word. Thank you CIA Autoplex for making my experience a positive one!!!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Cliff and his professional staff made me feel more like an old friend than customer. There was no pressure and it just seemed like these guys here love their job and getting you into a nice vehicle. I recommend CIA Autoplex to anyone wanting a quality car/truck in or near the Jackson, MS area. On another note, I usually use USAA Bank for financing because nobody ever beats their rates. Not only did CIA beat USAA in rates, they came in way lower. Do yourself a favor and check out CIA.

I'm not big on writing reviews, but I will for CIA. They are the best. I'm glad I purchased my car from them. They were fast, honest, and reliable. I'm proud of my Mustang that I bought 3 months ago. It ride like its brand new. My salesman, Jared, gave the best customer service. Trust me this is the place to go.

Absolutely recommend CIA Autoplex for anyone wanting a great car and fantastic buying experience. Cliff, the owner, greeted me on the sales lot like I was an old friend rather than a potential buyer. He and his staff have great knowledge of their inventory and stand by the purchased vehicle. I am a loyal USAA bank customer and nine times out of ten they beat everyone on finance rates. Cliff's finance manager beat the pants off USAA and now I am enjoying a great car at a great price. Thank you to CIA Autoplex and the entire staff. Our next car will be bought from you too!

Just recently purchased 2012 Dodge charger from these guys....the customer service was great,the process was quick and easy.very good people down there, very prompt service.I have only good things to say about them. Cliff the owner very cool guy, he even went the extra mile and washed my car his self and did I mention I left the lot on a full tank of gas.

I purchased my car yesterday. I wasn't sure what to expect because I was a 1st time buyer. I had gone with my parents to purchase cars in the past and wasn't looking forward to the haggling and hours it took to make a deal. I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience. My parents even agreed that it wasn't like the high pressure dealerships they've worked with in the past. I was able to buy the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I had priced similar cars at other locations and without a doubt, I got a lot more car for my money at CIA than the others were offering at higher prices. The staff was very professional and worked around my schedule. I'm one VERY happy customer and will definitely return to CIA in the future to purchase my vehicles.

I purchased my car about a week ago, I must say it was everything I dreamed of! The staff treated me and my father as if we were family.
