I had a great purchase experience at CIA. Most dealerships make you hate the process of just looking at vehicles, much less buying one. Cliff and his staff are top notch. They dont pitch you the normal sales lingo you get used to hearing at dealerships. The thing that stood out to me the most was the fact that they are truly interested in your needs, and not just trying to sale you any vehicle they can. They are more than happy to answer any questions you may have, and if they dont know the answer, they will find out for you. You dont get pressured into a purchase. They are honestly after your best interest and making sure you are happy. I would and will recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing or just browsing for a vehicle.
