I bought a Cadillac they put on the wrong brake pads they put on semi metallic pads this made the brakes squeak,. They would not correct the problem until i contacted the Better business bureau They did the job and put on the correct pads at not cost after BBB was notified. Now the brakes do not squeak.if you have a problem contact BBB. They will help you.

I purchased a Cadillac XTS they put the wrong brakes on the car when I purchased the vehicle. I brought the car back to them and they worked on them ( squeaking problem) the brakes squeak moe now. All I get from this dealer is the runaround and they do not return my phone calls. The service department is terrible. The want to charge me for there mistake to correct the problem.If this is not corrected I will contact DMV. This is a safety problem possibly down the road. they put on semi metallic they should have put on platinum or gold pads this car was purchased in mllford
