I HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW UNTIL NOW. PLEASE BUY A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE BUT FROM WIZ AUTO. WORST EXPERIENCE. I PAID FOR THE CAR OUTRIGHT, AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS -- LIED TO, ZERO TRANSPARENCY AND THE CAR WAS NOT IN WORKING ORDER.

I love WizAutos!
Two days ago I ought a beautiful used Toyota from WizAutos. Rich Rosario, my salesman, was very patient, non-aggressive, gentlemanly. He gave me advice, but did not push. I'd been looking for a car for weeks--going to every dealership within 50 miles. So many salesmen/women from other dealerships pressured me, it was unnerving. At WizAutos, Rich was excellent. Mike, too, was great, answered all questions, was very helpful and knowledgeable. And when it came to the financial aspect, Christine was bright, quick, funny, and got the whole job done quickly and expertly. (She is also beautiful.) I had a great experience at WizAutos!

Just go somewhere else. Didn't buy a car from them, they lost me as a customer well before that point. Do you research, this place is known for selling lemons and horrible customer service. If you're looking at a used car with them ~100k in miles, definitely second guess anything this place tells you. They seem to have an MO of screwing people over in situations like that. I reached out for one of their cars they had online, talked to a salesman Tim Golia. The whole experience felt off, from the car to the business and the customer service. Was far too excited to hear I was out of state (more difficult for me to get back to them should/when something went wrong with the car), pushy about getting a deposit on the car straight out of the gate, and then wouldn't get me pre-qualified (the only way to start the process he told) without having a deposit first. There's no reason for that. You don't behave to do any "work" and you don't deserve anything for getting someone pre-qualified, I literally typed in all the information for you. Like I said, I didn't buy from them so I'm not a customer. But I wanted to be. Just go somewhere else. This place REAKS of sleazy salesmen and BAD service. There are much better places you should be giving your money to. Don't support xxxxty businesses

Don’t buy unless your a good mechanic! Lemons cars
I Got a 2009 BMW 535I Xdrive in 2016 from the wiz, soon as I reach Bridgeport CT, the reduce power engine light came on!!! I should’ve brought the car right back once that happen!! But I was younger & thirsty for a new car!!! Worst investment I ever!!! I’ve been fixing this bmw since 2016!! The warranty sucks that I got!! I spent more money fixing the car then what I pay for it!! The interior & body was clean!!! But the car was a lemon!!! Be smart do research bring a mechanic get a fully diagnostics from the dealership!!! You have 2 weeks or 30 days in CT state to bring the car back!!!

Unhappy customer
Did not have a good experience at this dealership they ask you for a credit card upfront they take your deposit before they would even let you drive a car they kept me there for eight hours told me that my daughter can finance a car on her own and then at the last minute told her she needed a cosigner I felt bad for her so I did even though I did not want to do that I’m not even sure about the car that she is getting but I am going to take that car to a Subaru dealership to have them take a look at it I was planning on trading my car in at your dealership to get a better looking car but I will not be doing that I will be going to a regular dealership I was very disappointed and your place of business sat there for eight hours not even offer water or anything to drink The people that work there is very aggressive and my time is spent miserable sitting there for eight hours so we’ve noticed in that car the battery my husband said was a lot smaller than it should be so that’s why I am taking the car to be inspected

Going..and going.... and nothing happenes !!
I have contacted the general manage Mr Ralph Gamboian as well as the Shop Foreman in regards a problem my Infiniti 2011 has. I had lost more than 4 days in this Car dealership from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and they haven't done nothing to get my car fixed. The last thing they did was to make an appointment directly to Infinity to have my car serviced, I went to Infiniti dealership and talked to the person in charge at service and he told me that my car was seated all day without any input from The wiz. These guys never call Infiniti dealership at least to explain to them what was wrong with my car. The car has 4 modules monitoring the air bags and the safety on my car, one module is out of service and Mr Samson Brosset ( Shop Foreman) at the Wiz dealership was't been able to call the service guys at the Infiniti dealership to tell them which one is the broken module that is making the Air Bag sensor to light up on my car's dashboard. Since i got this car the Safety Inspection was never completed Mr Ralph Gamboian, the General Manger Knows who I am and what's the problem and how to fix this it at once but he is not really involved on this Safety issue. I left this Review today October 1, 2022. Today is Saturday, my Infiniti 2011 it's still with the Air bag light on, my car did not pass the safety inspection it's being 45 days since I have this car and The Wiz dealership is still not able to fix this safety issue. The Wiz got paid already, my lender paid to Wiz the car, so they have to any interest in fixing my car. If I get into an accident the safety features in my Infiniti won't work in my life will be in a risk.

Bought a Mercedes from Giovanni at the Milford location.
Bought a Mercedes from Giovanni at the Milford location. He kept in touch with me during the entire process and made it very easy. Had a minor issue with the car a few days later. Brought it in and it was fixed with in the hour and no issues since. Also thanks to Christine and Jared for their help. The experience I had there was so good I bought another car from Giovanni 2 weeks later

BUYERS BEWARE!
BUYERS BEWARE! ZERO STARS! My experience is relatively the worst one. Paid and financed the vehicle; yet I never had the chance to take it home. I bought a used vehicle from Wiz Autos, Stratford and it has been several days in their so called "service center". Firstly, if the car was not in a condition to be sold, why sell it in the first place? They let me test drive in this vehicle that was not fit for the road? I was able to talk to the manager today via phone and got a whole new bunch of EXCUSES. He said a new part was needed and it was ordered; yet the shipping takes a long time and even if they get it, my guess is it would take an eternity for them to fix it or they sold me a lemon! Either way, I absolutely regret going to this place and buying a used vehicle from these people. After they take your money, they would ignore you in every possible way.

PAID FOR THE CAR; BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT
