This dealer had a vehicle that has been hard to find for us and the price was great. I would have given it 5 stars if the purchasing process had been easier. We purchased online because we live in upstate NY and the dealer is in Connecticut. The salesman Victor is outstanding, super personable and responsive. The finance guy John is nice, but either very inefficient or they need another finance guy to help out due to the volume of business. He was slow to respond and took way too long to get the paperwork going. All in all, it took around 8 days to finalize the sale. I would buy from them again and just be prepared for the process to be slow going.

I just bought a Ford Fusion from this dealership. They met me as I parked, talked about fast. Drew has been helpful through the entire process. Even when I had trouble getting to their location. Even gave me a ride so I could drop off my rental. They worked with my fairly poor credit. And, now I have a great car. Thanks for everything.
