I made the trek to Wiz for the first time for a 2014 BMW X1. I had spoke with Jared on the phone before making the trip and he was really great with answering my questions. Brought my brother along to check the car mechanically and had no issues there. Noticed the car had some scratches/scuffs which wasn't evident in the photos online but Jared really great about ensuring it would be taken care of before I drove the vehicle home without adding to the cost. As a first time car buyer Meir really helped keep my APR low as well. So happy with the car and my experience there! Jared and Meir are really pleasant to work with! Great dealership to buy from!

Drove by this dealership and saw a car I wanted more info on. Turns out that car wasn't for me and was directed to the the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Someone told me about Wiz Auto leasing and I called and Gabe answered the phone. He was very POLITE and KNOWLEDGEABLE. He was able to help me find what I was looking for ( this was on the phone). When I got there I was greeted by another gentleman that took me right over to Gabe's desk. The service that was provided was ABOVE and BEYOND. it has been a little while since i purchased my E90 in February, but i have to give praise where its due. From start to finish Fernando was helpful in helping us tpo decide which car would best suit our likes, needs and budget. We came upon this dealership by chance and were happy we did. We did hit a little issue with Meir . Ralph took over the issue and made everything a better experience (we almost walked away). That issue had nothing to do with Fernando and the overall experience, so Wiz gets 5 stars from us. We look forward to buying our next car from them =) ... NOW, back to Meir, who i wouldn't respect enough to call him "Mr"... Lets just say this guy was a huge xxxxx and was talking down to my wife and i as if we were children. We dont play that. All he did was brag about his ratings and what not. Well obviously hes very proud of helping children, but we werent being treated the way we expected, especially after dealing with Fernando the whole time (meir is the finance guy). It reached the point where he so rudely told my wife "excuse me let me talk", when she was trying to explain to him what we were looking for. He was too busy pushing his own idea for financing. At this point rather than get arrested for knocking out this guy, i told my wife i was ready to walk away. This is when Fernando and Ralph took over and Ralph continued our quest to get the vehicle. IF it wasnt for them, we would have went elsewhere, as this isnt the only dealership around. If i could give xxxxx meir a negative star, i would. So heres to your rating, hope your proud.

I called from Virginia to the dealership Travis the sales person convinced me for the grand Cherokee they have in their lot when I fly to Connecticut he came and pick me up from the airport and he prepared the car for me was very good choice and very clean and I am gradfull for Travis's advice and for all people in the dealership they are dependable and I recommend all to visit their website or you can e mail travis@wizautos.com and I am pretty sure he will help you out get the right car
