Kate is AWESOME:)!!

I came here with no expectations of leaving with a car, but to my surprise not only did I, I also received a great deal on my Mazda 3i! The main reason I bought from here was the sales lady Kate. She was very honest about everything, didn't pressure me into buying any vehicle, and she gave me a fantastic deal! She was very friendly, knowledagble, and let me take a decent road test. She didn't have that old sales kind of tactic or mentality. I went to 2 other dealerships the same day after I seen Kate, and both places were just trying to sell me anything, and didn't look out in my best interest. Best of all, Kate got the dealship to make the car qualify for certified pre-owned, 7 years 100k! I also did research on the pricing, and her offer was the Very lowest,with the most incentives. I highly recommend going to see Kate for your next Mazda or any used car!!!

Best Individualized Experience!

This past weekend, I went to Napleton Schaumburg Mazda for a new car. I was a little anxious and nervous about my first experience doing this on my own. Marty made me feel completely at ease and was very focused on finding out exactly what I am looking for in a car. He made sure to stay within my budget and gave me some different options. He was extremely knowledgeable in all the car models and thoroughly answered any question I had. After signing all the paperwork and finishing up with the financing office, Marty could have let me go and left me to fend for myself in figuring out all the minute details of the car. Instead, he made sure to help me set up my phone with the bluetooth in the car and went through all the details of the screen (setting my favorites, music settings, sound settings, and customizing some of the features of the car) to make sure I left knowing how everything works! (The last place I went to, I ended up finding out about features way later on or not understanding how some worked!) I know that my car is set up exactly how I would like it now!! He really cared about getting me exactly what I wanted and didn't just rush me out of the door after he had everything he needed! He continued to take care of me and encouraged me to call him directly if I think of any question or need anything else! My entire time working with Marty was entirely stress free, fun, informative, and so extremely helpful! I will be seeing Marty the second I need another car! Do yourself a favor and visit him!

In love with my Mazda!

Best Service Yet

Recently, I visited Schaumburg Mazda to purchase a new car. I was set up with Marty K. Aside from being extremely friendly, he was able to adequately answer all my questions, even ones I did not know I had. He seemed very knowledgeable in his profession and made the often difficult experience of buying a car a breeze. I would highly recommend going to this dealership and working with Marty K.!

Tireless Staff

We responded to an ad for a used Jeep that we were going to use to move our daughter and her things down to college. Our salesman, Marty Katz, showed it to us, but we just didn't like it's looks or its condition. As opposed to getting discouraged, Marty just showed us other SUV's that he had in stock and kept it light and made it fun for us. Eventually he showed us a Lexus RX350 which turned out to be perfect for us. Thanks for the extra effort.

Walked into the dealership and Cate and the general manager Chris Wreak were great. Would go back in a heart beat. If you wanna have quick service and not be bothered just go there.

fair price without a lot of hassles

Looking to upgrade a vehicle, needed a little more room. Not an SUV guy and Minivans are larger than I wanted . Contacted over the internet and made an offer. Viewed and drove the vehicle today. Salesman Marty Katz . Price I received was what I was willing to pay. Overall a good facility no high pressure and no we can"t do that. If the car gives me the years of service I expect I will be a happy camper. Marty was willing to understand my requirements and not try and oversell me. He new it came down to the deal and facilitated it as needed.

Courteous and Marty Katz was a pleasure to do business with

Looking to upgrade a vehicle. Not an SUV guy and the traditional Mini-van was larger than I wanted or need. Contacted the dealership over the internet. I made it clear I new what I wanted and what the deal would need to be. Saw Marty on a Saturday. Nice long test drive. The deal was where I wanted it to be. Marty understood how to receive my business and the vehicle was purchased. If the car is as good as this went I will be a very happy camper. 2015 Mazda 5 fit my needs in all areas. Best car buying experience ever

Bought my new Mazda 5 minivan from Napleton, and by starting the process with the internet sales people, all the negotiating was done thru emails such that we finalized the deal through that means. By the time I got to the dealership all that was left was to test drive, sign the papers, write a check and out the door with my new car. Simple, stress-free, totally positive experience. 3rd consecutive car I have purchased from Napleton. All were among the best buying experiences I have had in the 8 car purchases I have made in my lifetime.

Be Warned...

They will treat you nice and "woo" you until you purchase the car and then you are SOL. I bought a 2011 Mazda3 in August 2015 and they gave me an official IOU as a part of my purchase agreement to touch up the paint on my bumper. I have called over 15 times and driven to the location 5 times in the last 6 months and have received the most disrespectful and dismissive responses from several employees (including managers). Each time they tell me that they will call me back to set up the appointment and they never do. I also noticed that my passenger airbag and Bluetooth weren't working correctly and when I called they said that I didn't have a warranty on my car "in the system". I literally had to dig up the paperwork as proof because they "couldn't find the record" and bring it to the dealership, but I still haven't received any service (2 months later). I have since filed a Better Business Bureau (BBB) case against them. Please don't fall into the trap that I did. Find a respectful place to spend your hard earned money.
