Kate was great on the phone before I cam to the facility and told me to meet Adam when I come, Adam was great I found me exactly what I want for the money I want to pay monthly and Rocco was doing with us the closing and recommend to come after a year to refinance and take the payment down. all in all was great experience (after shopping for 2 weeks in several dealerships with bad expiration). very recommended.

New car for son, Kate is best
I was looking for a new car for my son, now a senior in high school, and Kate helped me not only find the perfect car for my son, but made the process smooth. She genuinely wanted to help me and she had incredible insight and knowledge on all models of cars. I had requested for a new Mazda 6 and she helped me pick out all the packages while explaining to me how beneficial the car itself will be in the long run. My son is happy and I'm happy to have met such a helpful saleswoman, I recommend buying a Mazda if you get help from Kate. She deserves a promotion for the incredible job she does.

New car for my son, Kate is the best!
I had the pleasure of working with Kate from Mazda. Never before have I had such an informative and helpful saleswoman. She genuinely wanted me to get what I want with the best deal possible. Every request I wanted was heard and she helped me pick out the best car for my son. My son loves his car and he only has good things to say about the car. She took the time and listened for everything I wanted such as a new car, a soul red color, technology package, black interior, etc. She presented me with plenty of options and she made the experience fun and enjoyable. I recommend this dealership because of my experience with Kate. If you work with her you will be satisfied with the end result. Mazda should promote her.

Wonderful, friendly, and impressive service!
I had been looking for a certain 2014 make/model/style car for a while and realized that it was on the verge of being sold out, so I was about to give up on it after visiting several dealers and evaluating the last few cars left within a 5-state radius. My friend and I made one last ditch effort to visit Napleton?s Schaumburg Mazda on a miserable rainy night with very little hope and were greeted by Darrell Phee who went to work right away. He found the nearest car was at least 5 hours away but offered to get the car and drive it back. When he sensed our hesitancy, he told us about a used 2015 that just came in with more options and an upgrade in the model within my price range. At no point during this time did I feel pressured to make a decision or under a hard sell, which would have easily scared me off from visiting a dealership for another 10 years, but instead, he was very laid back and low key about it. He kept in touch with me during the next few days, was immediately responsive by phone or text within a few minutes, and made sure the car was available for me to see at my convenience that weekend. To make a long story short, Darrell was very accommodating, patient, and pleasant, no pressure, but to the point, and I bought this beautiful car within an hour or so with no hassle or qualms about it. My friend and I were impressed and ecstatic with the wonderful service and ease of purchasing this car. The sales manager was very friendly and nice, and the finance guy was a hoot:) What a very pleasant and happy experience! I cannot imagine a better experience and highly recommend that you visit Darrell Phee and friends over at Napleton Mazda! Thanks Darrell and friends!! You made my year -- I love my car!!

New car for my daughter
Mazda was our first stop to find a reliable "newer" car for my daughter. Kate approached us right away and helped us find the best deal. We love the car and overall the experience was pleasant. I didn't feel like I was sold something I didn't want. They were generous with our trade-ins and the deal went smooth. Loved the finance guy...he was very pleasant to work with, funny too. Overall I would say it was a great experience. Great follow-up too. Kate has been in contact with my daughter via cell phone and has been available to answer any new car questions. Thanks Kate.

Poor buying experience - go to CarMax
I am not one that likes to haggle, but to pay $500 below sticker for a used car was a slap in the face. My husband really wanted the 2014 Mazda6. It was not the salesperson as much as management that frustrated me. They added the cost of the certification of $995 onto the sticker price and then tried to offer us $500 for our trade in that I had appraised at CarMax for $3,000. I'm sorry but this is not only shady, but you look like criminals. Rocco, the finance manager, was the worst finance person I have ever dealt with. He is impatient when you ask questions, is downright rude, and to top it off he did not find us the best financing as I questioned when he rushed us..this ended up costing us an additional $150 in refinance fees that I think he should repay us! The got a rate of 2.54% and he found 4.59%, which was a total of $1,130 less in interest. Rocco you need to find a new job!!!
