Terrible experience
I approached the dealer based on the listing which mentioned in there website and then they forced me to take additional warranty and while doing the deal the rebated, but when next I approached the manager saying that rebate is not applicable the sales person given it by mistake, and the way he handle us was unimaginable. I will never wanted to have business with this dealer. This happened during March 2015, not sure if anything changed after that.

Laid Back
I had thoughts of purchasing a Mazda and wanted to know about the models and requested for quotes for certain models. I was contacted over email initially and then phone where I relayed my request for quotes. Sadly I never got the quotes emailed to me. I felt the delearship or atleast the executives handling my request weren't proactive enough to help the buyer or a customer. There was no follow up calls nor where there appointments setup for a face to face or a test drive. I was on the market for a car and went ahead with another make, model and dealer.

I got my beautiful Mazda there!!!!
My first new car was a big deal for me and it was hard to find a dealership where i would feel comfortable and not being pushed to buy now. Very friendly people (specially Kate) and the whole process just went smooth and easy. Maybe i am just an easy buyer :-) but i think they were great and i am going to recommend them to my family and friends. Zoom Zoom :)

UNETHICAL, LYING, DEVIOUS PROFITEERS.
Referred to Napleton by Consumer Reports car buying service, when we found the Mazda3 we wanted online. Visited w my wife for test drive. They pushed us on financing and not taking the car to our mechanic for an inspection. Said it was certified, 100+ point inspection, guaranteed perfect. Our mechanic said it needed new filters, wiper blades, and trans fluid. All not covered under bumper to bumper warrantee. However, Salesman Darrel Phee seemed like a nice kid, and he got us the price and terms we wanted. Closed the deal, ordered the check from my bank, were on our way to the dealership to sign the papers and drive away with the vehicle. I get a voicemail a few miles from the dealership that his manager had just sold the car. Darrel had shook my hand 24 hours earlier, said we had a deal, never asked for a deposit to hold the car, and BAM! no warning, it was gone. My wife insisted on stopping in for an explanation, and we didn't even get an apology. They reinforce all the worst stereotypes of car salesmen.

Great Experience at Napleton
My husband and I were shopping for a Mazda CX-5 for my parents. Skyler was our sales person. He was very patient and friendly and spent a lot of time with us. At the end of the day, we know what we wanted, we all wanted to have a deal and we worked it out. We got a nice, gas efficient vehicle and we love it! We had a good experience at Napleton's Mazda.

Great salesman
Adam was very nice and fantastic to work with! We were able to drive two cars that we wanted, very knowledgeable salesman, no pressure, cut through the hassle and red tape and we got what we were looking for.

Great place and great ppl!!!!
Wow...i was in a car business for many years...and i actually got my car at Napleton knowing the bad online reviews. I was positively surprised by the service and nice attitude towards every custy that was coming in. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I usually dont write reviews, but because there is so many bad things that ppl say about this dealership i want to be the one that shares something good about this company. My salesperson Skylar was great and very polite, and overall that was the best buying experience i have ever had so far. Would recommend 100%

Less then one day bad transmission
As big dealer they don't take responsibility , I bought a SUV (2007 Yukon XL) last weekend explain the sales person I'll flight and drive back to Houston Tx Ask for truck condition to drive 16 hours they said no problem when I got there they were cleaning The truck I asked to start the truck , and after sign papers , I drove couple hours and lose reverse in the Truck and there answer was I checked it and just don't use reverse , drive 8 hours more lose the transmission close to Prescott Arkansas where I found a mechanic who told me the people who sold the truck they new about it because had 2/4 Over flood with transmission fluid and after towing the truck to Houston tx spend a week to fix the truck and wait for they're answer I'm sorry but the vehicle is as-is and shown. Anything that occurs to the vehicle after sale is responsibility of the purchaser , be carefully with sales and dealership may sure check the truck/car before signing.

Fran Napleton would be ashamed
Deceitful and borderline criminal...sales and service. Intentionally abused my car on a test drive doing damage. The service manager gave their "Master Mechanic" Davis the green light to take me for a drive in my Miata for a wild ride around the block. The car had just 500 miles on the odometer at the time. Davis red-lined the tach and was shifting without using the clutch. Seemed to intentionally be hitting potholes. I sent subsequent e-mails to the salesman who sold me the car asking for some kind of remediation but only got stone-walled for months. Turned out the salesman is the mechanic's son. Finally got thru to the owner/manager Weck. His response was he would have me arrested if I ever set foot in the dealership again. This is how they dealt with a 71 year old man. No respect.
