My recient Service on my Lease 2024 Edge was an awesome

My recient Service on my Lease 2024 Edge was an awesome experience because of ?Teaming?. The Svc Desk Manager, Svc Manager, and the Svc Senior Electrical Technician all worked on the Electrical repair as a Team, keeping me informed on their work status to resolve the problem at hand. During the entire repair job of the 2024 Edge my Svc Desk Manager and the Svc Lane Manager insuring that I had a dependable vehicle for my spouse & I. My wife is a special needs person, with wheel chair. Her needs were met with the loaner car, a 2025 Ford Explorer. Your assistance as a Team is greatly appreciated. D. B.

Much better service and staff than previous dealership I

Much better service and staff than previous dealership I had dealt with for years. One meeting with sales people convinced me to switch to Crest.

Car took on a large amount of water during a heavy rain,

Car took on a large amount of water during a heavy rain, keys had stopped working. They had the car about 3 weeks, but completely dried it out, ordered new parts, vacuumed and washed it. Helped pay my loaner and because I didn't file a claim cut my bill in half. Fantastic Customer service and Mechanics
