Service

I scheduled and came in for an oil change. I was taken care of in a timely very professional manner. My time spent in the waiting room was comfortable and much shorter than I expected. Overall experience was great.

Best Service & Repair EVER!

General Information: I take all of my cars (Mercury Milan and Ford Focus RS) to Crest Ford for any and all issues; from simple oil changes to needing a new rear main seal on the trans. I have NEVER, EVER experienced anything but top notch service from Crest Ford. This Experience: My limited edition Focus RS was hit in the rear quarter / rear passenger door / rear bumper by a young driver that missed a 4 way stop. I was heartbroken. I ordered this car from Germany, and had to wait a year before even getting in the driver's seat. I thought of a number of places to take her, but in the end did not want to risk sub-par work on my very special vehicle. I decided on the sure thing, a 100% guarantee of quality work and took her to Crest Ford. The body shop manager promised to treat this car's repairs as if they were his own car, and kept me informed every step of the way. My insurance wanted to make use of some "iffy" replacement parts, and Crest fought for me to get brand new parts. The paint on this car is a special quad coat with VERY distinct metallic flakes (Nitrous Blue for anyone that knows) and is very hard to match. Crest did an amazing job!! I do not have the eyes of a mechanic but the finished product looks gorgeous to me. Moreover, Crest went above and beyond taking care of my car and my concerns during this experience. I cannot recommend Crest Ford Body Shop as well as Crest Ford Service strongly enough. I have never trusted dealerships due to some shady experiences in the past, but I vouch for Crest Ford Centerline Body Shop and Service Departments! Highly Recommended!!

Crest is the Best

As always, when I call crest Ford, I can make an appointment with no issues and am always taken care of in a timely manner. I have been with this dealership for about 2 years now, and hope to continue business with them. Excellent service and excellent people, what more can you ask for?
