I would like to take a minute and say though I didn't buy
I would like to take a minute and say though I didn't buy from them, it was not due to their professionalism and were good to work with sending images and good conversation of a vehicle they had. I ended up buying closer to home. That said I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them as they are good to work with on the front end at least.

The sales man was great and detailed.
The sales man was great and detailed. But the car was dirty and had very little gas in it at the time of purchase which was disappointing. But the salesman tried to do a quick clean and put gas in the car just before I left the dealership. The finance gentleman was informative and helpful. They made up for the car being dirty and not prepared properly.

Did not feel sales pressure, they let their cars sell
Did not feel sales pressure, they let their cars sell themselves. I will be keeping my eye on their inventory in the future for another quality used car purchase.

Not a great experience
I don’t enjoy leaving poor reviews but in this case I have to so others may be more knowledgeable when buying used. To preface, I have been working on my own cars for 30+ years, I am in no way a certified mechanic, but I have a decent amount of knowledge. I had a hard time finding what I needed in Pittsburgh and I found the van I wanted at Kelly’s in Canton, Ohio. I didn’t have time to drive (2hrs) to check out the car so for the first and last time in my life I placed a down payment to hold the car until I could go out. That’s where things started to go south. I told the salesman I wanted to put $1,000 down on my credit card, I was clear, no bones about it. I check my statement the next day and 2 k was put on it. Not a real big deal but now I was close to the limit on the card and I didn’t want that reporting negatively on my credit report. The day I am driving out to see the car ( 10:30am) I get a call from the salesman asking when will I be there , I all ready had numerous conversations with him and multiple times told him I would be there around 11:30. The trip goes well, arrive at the dealership and the car is warm? I think maybe they put gas in or we’re going over it, I don’t think to much of it. A plate gets put on the car and we go for a ride, starts up nice, everything seems in pretty good shape, only has 49,000 miles on it so what could really be wrong. I notice while driving the passenger side mirror doesn’t work and just figured it’s a used car, although I did ask twice before the down payment if anything was wrong and the answer was no. Whatever, I go in and do the paperwork, he hands me the Carfax, I see that the car was just serviced, motor and transmission oil, I’m happy with everything so I purchase and head home. On the way home I needed to stop, get some fuel( half tank when I purchased) and I decide I am going to be safe and check the motor and transmission oil. Motor looks as expected, brand new, transmission is old and about a half inch over the line. Now, this could mean a few things, 1. The Sevice place lied, 2. The dealer told the service place to print out that they serviced it even though they didn’t, 3. The service place lied and the dealer didn’t know it. Either way, changing the transmission fluid in this car is simple, 15 minute procedure and 3.5 quarts. The last problem I found was when I started the car on Sunday morning when the engine was cold. Let me tell you, it sounds like a typewriter with no lubricant. I know what the top end of Japanese cars sound like and you would never buy one if they sounded like this. Now, did they know this and that’s why the car was warm? I can’t confirm that but, I always expect 1 or 2 things to be a little off but this experience learned me two valuable lessons. Never trust or believe anything a salesman says,2. Never put money down on a car before test driving it. I hope you can learn from my mistakes, especially the warm engine scenario, I know that one is going to cost me.
