If you are an out of state buyer, Be Aware that Ohio has no safety standard inspection, and no emission testing on your auto you are purchasing. If you take your car home to say, Pennsylvania, you will have 30 days to put it right by your state standards. In my case, I purchased a 2002 Chevy s10 truck, and drove it home 100 miles to Pennsylvania. On the second day home, the right front wheel bearing began to make an awful sound. I took it apart to find only a finger full of grease coating the bearing that should have been packed abundantly full of grease. Both bearings were like this. Then on Saturday, day six, the SES light (service engine soon or "check engine" light) came on. The car will not pass a State mandated emission test in this condition. Reading the code found the problem to be Evap system related P0440, a vague problem somewhere in the fuel system. I checked all the possible problems and did all the recommended stuff finally took it to a mechanic. I called Mike told him of the problem and asked if they might have re-set the light. He said 'they might have "to see if it would come back on or not."' Not committing to saying yes or no but Be Aware if you have to pass this test they "might have." Mike pleads 'he don't know because they come off the truck..'. I paid 5995 for this truck. I washed it today and the paint on the front fascia beneath the bumper washed off with a garden hose. It needed a right front upper ball joint and sway bar linkage to pass safety inspection. Mike likes to act like they are a five star rated car lot. But he is no better than any other place... maybe worse because you will expect to be treated right. And the cars LOOK so good. LOW MILES! He offered no help when I told him of this disappointment. "The truck is not living up to it's billing" I said. "And I paid a lot for this truck". REMEMBER THEY MIGHT HAVE RE-SET THE LIGHT TO SEE IF IT WOULD COME BACK ON OR NOT. Mine did.. make a note of that MIKE.

Although I did not purchase a car during my visit to this dealership I can say they were the only one who did not swarm me like the other dealers did. A simple greeting when I arrived and to let them know if I had any questions or they could help.

My wife and I recently purchased our third vehicle from Kellys auto sales. This was our first and only stop on the auto mile. I previously posted I had bought a vehicle that malfunctioned on the way home...Kelly's stood behind their product and have been great to work with!. I would drive 3 1/2 hours again to buy a vehicle from Kelly's!

Last Friday, we drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase a vehicle and Mike was pleasant to work with and the transaction was quick but we were about 1 hour into our drive home when the vehicle started stalling out on the intersate and the check engine light came on. We called Mike and he suggested we take it to an Autozone and get the code...which we did. We are still waiting to see what, if anything, Kelly's is going to offer under these circumstances. I have read good reviews about Kelly's so I am hoping they come through with a reasonable solution. I will repost to let others know the outcome.

I recently was in need of a new car and after stopping at several dealerships up and down lincoln way I found my car at Kellys. Their variety of cars caught my eye so I stopped in and Mike helped me find the one for me. I purchased a Mitsubishi Eclipse from here it was serviced and very clean! Its been a week now since I purchased my 4th car from Kelly's. They are good people to buy from. When I went to buy a car I did my homework ahead of time for the car(s) I planned to look at. So when I found what I wanted (needed) for my family I talked to Mike and Kelly and as the three previous purchases it went well. I highly recommend you always do your purchasing homework, know what you need and buy it from Kelly's Auto sales.
