About 2 yrs ago purchased my Explorer from Kelly's. Never ever had an issue with it. I stopped in Wed. to get an idea of what trade in value would be as I was really needing to find a truck though not planning on buying one yet. Well, Mike said no problem and suggested I look at the trucks anyways while they checked Explorer. I was somewhat looking at higher end but nothing quite clicked..then Mike came over and suggested Dodge Ram. After looking over realized it was exactly the truck I needed and at affordable price. Test drove and I loved it!! Long story short, Mike made it happen!! Trade in price, financing and I was driving it home. Totally unexpected surprise of my day. I really appreciated being treated as a valued customer! Thanks Mike for a great experience. Recommend Kelly's 100%.

I would like to recommend anyone in the used car search to shop here. I jumped on their website after hearing several good things and found multiple vehicles meeting my search criteria. I found multiple photos and a free carfax per vehicle which impressed me immediately. I stopped in after work with my son and delt with Mike and he was a very laid back salesman and helped us greatly. He offered us bank financing and even beat my banks interest rate and had me in and out and driving a car home very quickly. I am very pleased with my experience at Kelly's and would like to share it with anyone who reads this review. They are very organized and have very nice cars.

We recently bought a 2009 Volvo s40 from Kelly's. Vehicle was in immaculate shape and was unbelievably priced. Financing was a breeze. Could not have been any happier with my purchase, would not be afraid to buy here again.

My friend recommended me to shop here but of course I shopped around before making my purchase. I browsed at many local car lots in the area but decided to take my business back here. I recently purchased a car here for my son. My son was searching the Internet for cars and these guys kept popping up in our searches. So we took a ride down their on a Saturday found many cars in our price range. Kelly was helping us and he was very helpful and pressure free. He presented carfax reports for every car we looked at before we could ask. He even let me take the car to our mechanic to have it inspected. We are 100% happy with our purchase at Kellys. After posting the previous review on cars.com, I received a phone call from Kelly, owner of Kelly's Auto Sales Inc. He talked to me at great length, asking me about, and listening to all the problems I have had with my new truck. He was dismayed that we hadn't talked before, and he promised to address my situation and make it better. I understand that they can't possibly know everything about every problem that will come up with every vehicle that they sell. I was under the impression that the truck I bought was purchased 'as is' and so I really had no other recourse. I never expected to get any further attention by the people at Kelly's, but Kelly the owner himself, told me he wishes we could have taken care of these problems sooner. He cares about his customers satisfaction. And he wants to run an auto dealership that has a solid reputation based on his satisfied customers. I would recommend this dealership, and I would buy another car at Kelly's Auto Sales.
