Excellent service

I dropped my 2000 Cherokee off and Brett and Malcom did an excellent job. They kept me informed the whole time. Great customer service!! I would highly recommend Tustin Jeep!

Grand Cherokee

Very helpful and straightforward. Was honest and willing to work with me. Did not feel rushed or pressured, definitely took time to make sure I understood what was going on and that I understood car features before driving off the lot.

Very upset

I understand its takes long at the service but I waited about 3 hrs to get my car checked and they didnt even check the main concern I went in for!

5 years of service

This time I got Moe for my service check. He is straightforward & good with keeping you informed. I was happy with my service. Moe was great. Everyone is nice.

Informative

I took my car in for service after another shop’s mistake caused major damage to my engine. The service advisor (Malcolm Urgell) explained the pros and cons of engine replacement to me in great detail. After discovering that the other shop would only cover a replacement of my motor with a used motor, I opted to accept a payment from them for the value of my car. To make a long story short without the service advisor’s honest opinion based on his professional experience I could have potentially made a mistake and been stuck with an inferior engine. For that I am forever grateful and I expressed to him that I will be bringing my vehicles to his shop going forward.

The worst experience!

I waited a solid 3 weeks before deciding to post this negative review. I'm not sure where all of the 4 and 5 star ratings are coming from, but I would recommend for you to read the 1 star ratings, like mine. I was here with my girlfriend shopping for Jeeps and decided to come here because of the close proximity and their inventory. I don't recognize any of the sales people in the 4 and 5 star reviews, but we worked with 2 sales people and the sales manager, who were both terrible. Not only did the NOT know the vehicles and the features, during the test drive, they didn't bother explaining any of the features, probably because they didn't know them and left it to us to figure it out and figure what features were actually on the vehicle. While looking at different models of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, the sales person consistently listed off features that were not on the vehicle, and we were left to double check if what he was saying was in fact true. They were extremely condescending towards us and extremely rude, at times insulting us, standing up threateningly as well as banging their fist on their desk in an aggressive manner. Their "negotiating" as I walked over once when I heard the fist banging was them standing around NOT negotiating and just chatting amongst themselves to give the illusion that they were actually doing something. I e-mailed the General Manager twice over the course of 3 weeks after our experience to give him the opportunity to hear about our experience and possibly apologize or rectify the issues we had, but have not heard anything back. I even held off on posting any of our poor experiences online, but since I have not heard back in a few weeks after reaching out, here I am beginning my posting. It shouldn't surprise me that I haven't heard back as the employees are generally a reflection of the leadership of the store. They are lucky that Jeep has a solid brand and following, which is probably the only reason they have any sales, but if you want to do yourself a favor, read through the 1 star reviews, you'll see that most of them say the same thing and have the same poor experience. I'm guessing the 4 and 5 star reviews are all people who either are friends with people who work there, actually work there or just went in and knew exactly what they wanted and left with minimal negotiating. Avoid this dealership like the plague. They have no accountability and extremely poor customer service.

Service with Mo

Always great service with Mo. Thorough, on time, Mo always does a great job. Been coming here for at least five years and Mo has always been excellent at his job. Give him a raise as soon as possible. He deserves it.

William my service provider is very polite

My service visit was due to a warning on the dash. A recall was also taken care if during my visit as well as a nail removed from a tire. The reason for the poor rating on price is due to the fact I was charged for a software update that should be covered under the power train warranty!
