Buying a car with confidence

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I don’t know where to start but this by far has been THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER had. I had tried to run a co-signers credit along with mine and they had informed us that the co-signerers credit was “frozen” and they weren’t able to use it in which I had to fully sign for my first car under my name and got a higher interest rate. It was 11pm the credit bureau wasn’t open so we weren’t able to call. First thing the following morning we call to find out the credit wasn’t frozen and when we bring it to the attention of the dealership they inform me it’s to late to add the co-signer and that actually they weren’t able to find the name not that it the account was frozen. Also the financial manager was very rude making comments like “next time come alone don’t bring so many people” “you kept us here all night” and before we had gotten to a price I was satisfied with he said “really we’ve been here all this time and your not going to sign”. Then after all was said and done I was finally leaving the lot (not fully satisfied since my co-signer would of without a doubt dropped my interest rate) and I get home to realize I have almost an empty tank of gas. I call the following morning to ask if they can fill it up because every car experience I’ve had they always make sure to fill the tank full. The salesmen responds at first by not wanting to and saying he doesn’t think they do it anymore after a few minutes of arguing he finally gives in to filling the tank and we agree on a date for me to take the car in. (TO TOP IT OFF I GO TO THE DEALERSHIP ON SUCH DATE TO FILL THE TANK AND THEY REFUSE TO FILL IT AND COME BACK SAYING THE SALESMAN IS NO LONGER THERE AND THE MANAGER DENIES EVER AGREEING.....) Finally I think this whole headache nightmare experience of a buy is finally over, then I find out while I’m on vacation that they deposited my down payment check that was dated for 2 weeks later and they had agreed they wouldn’t cash it before the 2 weeks. So now I’m on vacation out of the country ,my bank account is negative & I’m getting charged international for every second I’m on the phone with them trying to get me money back. The shady financial manager was “busy” and after several calls I finally got a hold of a sales manager who almost didn’t help and tried to justify the actions of the finacial manager....after a long phone call of arguing I was thankfully able to get my money and overdraft fee back given that I was right and they don’t care about anything but getting their money. When I came in they were all pouring themselves trying to “help” but as soon as you sign they could care less about customer service. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP if your looking for HONEST and RESPECTABLE workers. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD they are very shady and will do anything to get your money but do absolutely NOTHING to keep your business. I’m disgusted at how this dealership does business. Save your self a nightmare and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Great service; friendly team

Tuttle-Click has serviced my vehicle since 2007. My service advisor, Mo, is always professional and tells me what I need to know, not what I want to hear. The service is always timely and my vehicle is returned in a clean condition; inside and out. Always a pleasure to do business w/them.

Excellent Dealership!

We bought our 2014 Dodge Charger from the Irvine dealership and had a great experience!! So we weren't surprised that Jeff in the service department in Tustin takes customer service to a superior level...his help was far above outstanding. Jeff is definitely an added asset to the Tuttle Click dealership!!

Outstanding service with a smile

Our salesperson, Tony, greeted us in a friendly manner and was not pushy at all. He answered our questions knowledgeably, showed us many features and benefits, and offered a test drive. We decided to purchase our Jeep and Tony's demeanor contributed to our decision. He rolled with the objections and worked hard on our behalf. In fact, as paperwork was being completed, we were treated to a delicious Persian lunch. It seemed he genuinely cared and bent over backwards to keep us happy. We are now a loyal customer.

Car Service Department

I hate this place because they had not fixed the problem with my brakes. This had happened twice so I don't recommend coming here. The only part that is good is how friendly and kind the sales department is.

Great service, friendly and capable staff

Eric in service is always responsive, capable, and honest. My Jeep Grand Cherokee is nearing 90,000 miles by getting regularly scheduled services, no major problems so far.

Service was outstanding. Wait time for and cost of service was less than expected. Car wash was an added bonus.

Professional Service Department

Julie (my wife who drives the car and gets service at your dealership) is recognized when she arrives. Service is completed quickly and she feels great rapport with one customer-service-oriented staff member in particular: ERIC HALVERSON. She thinks VERY highly of him.
