EXCELLENT SERVICE**
Entire experience was awesome. From the moment I entered the dealership, the sense of ease and pressure free environment was noticeable. I cannot say enough about my Sales guy Joe. He was awesome, understanding, pressure free, caring, knowledgeable, sensitive to our situation and very friendly. Already bought two cars from Tuttle Click, will be buying my next in the next month or two.

Prompt initial attention by Eric Halverson, and as I was a "Waiter" for this service, the requested service was completed in a timely manner. Prior to completion, Eric met with me to explain other recommended service, and I will return to complete the additional required maintenance. I appreciate the printed report that identifies service completed during the visit, and additional recommended maintenance.

Good experience with Internet department
Online negotiation of price before I came in. I don't like playing games. I know what I'm willing to pay and if that isn't going to happen it's better to find out while I'm on my computer at home rather than after a 35 minute drive to the dealership, and 2 hours of negotiating.
