Service always done as promised, on time. Usually under initial estimate as well. Very pleased with TC's service over the years since I bought my Ram new in 2008.

A new Dodge

Salesman was very knowledgeable on the products and low pressure. Price negotiation was very quick and to the point- contract and finance was quick and the entire experience was painless. Not what I was expecting and the result was a very happy experience.

WARRANTY REPAIR

THIS TIME THE REPLACEMENT FUEL PUMP & SENDING UNIT WORKED. IT IS NICE TO HAVE A WORKING FUEL GAUGE AGAIN.

regret purchase

I went to this dealer only because it was close to where I live. the didn't have the grand cherokee I wanted. told him what i was looking for.....I have to admit some of this is my fault for not really researching all the different options that were available, since I was looking for something specific. Anyway. the sales guy found a color and 4x4 but the chrome package is useless to me and i said that. Instead of asking or telling me what the other options were (i didnt know there was an off road package) 4wd was most important to me....Ive owned several 4wds in the past. I assumed when i told him i wanted a 4wd it would be with a 2 speed transfer case...(they didn't have any 4wd on the lot, the one i got came from another dealer, again my fault) what I got was a all wheel drive, the sales guy did not explain all the different 4wd drive options. its a good vehicle, just wont be able to go as far in the back country as i wanted to.....This dealer may have got this money but they will never receive another penny from me ever again

worst dealer ever

their service dept has the worst reputation. avoid at all costs. Just search any of the Jeep forums, the complaints are numerous.
