Carl was my salesman and he was fine but Cathy in finance

Carl was my salesman and he was fine but Cathy in finance was completely fraudulent and Cord in sales was not much better. Cathy added a very expensive item/service to my purchase after I had already agreed on price, signed on said price, and told her I did not want any extras at all. No warranty etc. All I could see was the signature pad and she assured me there were no extras, just the price of the car. But wait! She forgot to credit my down payment! She said she fixed it but my documents are conflicting. However, she padded her commissions with an insurance product I was not aware of and would have declined. Sneaky! I have documentation of asking her to remove it and her stating she had received my request, only for the dealer to say they never received it. If I had it to do over again, I would avoid this dealership. If they can’t do simple math and forget to credit a customer’s down payment, how can one have faith in the product they sell? Horrible, stressful experience for me.

They responded to my email really fast.

They responded to my email really fast. Carl was the best. When I bought the Cadillac, they signed me online and delivered to my house.

My wife and I decided to start looking at a new vehicle.

My wife and I decided to start looking at a new vehicle. We research pricing and found a great price at Don Thornton Cadillac. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Sher Gray. With a big smile and wonderful knowledge of the Cadillac product, Sher showed us three vehicles. We ended up purchasing one of the vehicles. Not because that was our first choice, but because Sher made this so easy and right. The price, the service, and Sher followed up with us after we purchased to make sure everything was working properly. We even bought the extended warranty at a great price. I highly, highly, recommend Don Thornton Cadillac and Sher Gray if you are in the car market! Best car buying experience of my life!

I previously wrote a bad review on Don Thornton Cadillac

I previously wrote a bad review on Don Thornton Cadillac sharing my difficulties with tire match coupon, wheel cover damage and a broken info screen. Although I had a bad experience, finally Bob the service manager finally got everything taken care of. He is Even trying to get help from GM to get the screen fixed. So all is well now but some of their employees are in dire need of customer service training as it’s taken more than a week for Bob to get everything done when it should have taken just the day I picked up car. Thanks Bob!!

Above and beyond the call of duty!

The folks at Don Thornton Cadillac helped me above and beyond the call of duty! My car battery died in my 2012 CTS Coupe, and I could not get into my car! I called Don Thornton to help me and they put Steve ODea on the phone to help me. Steve searched on YouTube for videos to help me. Completely over the phone, he helped me get into my trunk, and find the lever to pull which would manually open my car door...It worked! After that, Steve came to where I was and brought a charger to jump my car. He went above and beyond the call of duty! I don't know how I would have gotten into my car without his help!!

Gregor totally exceeded all expectations. My husband and I laughed through the whole process. Such a breath of fresh air in contrast to the previous dealerships we had been to. The whole process was easy peasy.

This was the most seamless car buying experience I’ve ever had. We had gone to a few places that had already drained me. Gregor completely made the whole experience fun and less stressful. He checked up with us a few times after we purchased as well!! Wild. Highly recommend!
