Very good purchasing experience.....Jose’ Aguirre was excellent....knowledgeable, straightforward, honest. I came thinking a deal would not be likely, but hoping the last few days of the month and year might prompt an inventory reduction. I came thoroughly well-studied on both my trade-in and the 2019 XT4 that I wanted. I’m glad it all worked out and am very pleased with my car!

Vehicle has branded title as lemon and accidents was not disclosed. Needs steering rack replaced and won't pass inspection also has a engine knock that requires the engine to be tore down to diagnose. I was only told that the vehicle was a buy back and that it has issues around 10k miles. It now has 28k miles has a lemon brand on title with 2 accidents on carfax. I was not shown a carfax nor explained about the branded title. Very unhappy with purchase possibly seeking legal advice on the matter.

Good repair with short notice. Got in without an appointment and just had to wait a while. Got a loaner for the day, which was a nice bonus.

staff was professional and helpful. Waiting area clean and comfy. Very nice environment. I was able to work at a nice desk area while I waited.

They are really nice, friendly and professional, I ask them to let me see a used Cadillac and they actually let me took it home for a couple of days to try it out. Even if we couldn’t have an agreement on the deal for different reasons they treated me and my family with all the respect and professionalism you expect from anyone on a great dealership like this one.
